With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the demand for fresh agricultural products has become more and more important and has become an indispensable part of people's live.However,it's perishable and difficult to store because the cold chain infrastructure construction in our country is not perfect and the cold chain technology is relatively backward.So it is necessary to improve cold chain transportation.Various influencing factors from inside and outside the system have increased the risk of the entire supply chain.Therefore,members of the supply chain and related scholars and experts have started to pay attention to research the risk management of fresh agricultural products supply chains.However,the current researchers are more focused on macro aspects,such as the analysis of the status quo of the fresh agricultural products supply chain,emerging problems,solutions,development strategies,etc.,and most researches are in the qualitative research stage,and quantitative research is less.It's urgently to use the effective method to identify the risks existing in the supply chain,evaluate and control the risk existing in the supply chain.This paper focus on the risk management of fresh agricultural products supply chain,clearly defined the purpose and significance through reading a lot of literature.This paper laid a solid theoretical foundation for the completion of the later thesis through introducing the theory about product supply chain,fresh agricultural products supply chain,the risk management of supply chain,the risk management of fresh agricultural products supply chain.The paper uses the SCOR model to identify the internal risk factors in the fresh agricultural products supply chain and uses the literature statistical method to identify the external risk factors in the supply chain firstly,and then summarizes the preliminary identification results of the supply chain risk.On this basis,using SPSS software to analysis the results of questionnaire investigation,including the factor analysis and the scientific reliability of the indicators.Then obtained the risk assessment indicators of the fresh agricultural products supply chain.Then,identified the index weighs through the AHP-entropy weight subjective and objective method,constructed the risk assessment model through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and submitted a detailed risk control strategy based on the final determined seven risk factors.Finally,this paper successfully applied the research method in the risk management case of fresh strawberry supply chain.
