Under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,entrepreneurship has gradually become a new driving force for economic growth.Entrepreneurs,as the main body of entrepreneurship,the status of their human capital directly affects whether the entrepreneurial activities can be carried out smoothly in the entrepreneurial activities.At the same time,the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities,being the initial part of entrepreneurship,also plays a key role in entrepreneurship.Based on above two factors,this thesis designs a questionnaire about “Impact of Inner Mongolia Entrepreneurs' Human Capital on Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition” of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Also,according to the relationship among entrepreneurial human capital,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial opportunity identification variables of Inner Mongolia,a structural equation model is established to study whether entrepreneurs' human capital of Inner Mongolia would affect the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities,and indirectly influence the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities through the intermediary variables of entrepreneurial self-efficacy.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,the author can provide some targeted countermeasures and suggestions for Inner Mongolia entrepreneurs to effectively improve their human capital level and enhance entrepreneurial self-efficacy,thereby increasing the probability of identifying and discovering entrepreneurial opportunities among entrepreneurs or potential entrepreneurs and promoting the development of entrepreneurial activities in Inner Mongolia.Specifically,this thesis consists of six parts.Part one is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,the research purpose and significance,the research innovation and roadmap,domestic and foreign research status analysis,the research content and methods of this paper.The second part is the theoretical basis and literature review.It mainly expounds the relative concepts of human capital theory,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,and analyzes and summarizes their research status respectively.The third part is to put forward research hypotheses and construct theoretical models.Firstly,the semi-structured interview method is used to identify the four dimensions of entrepreneurial human capital in Inner Mongolia.Secondly,the author proposes the assumptions about the influence of entrepreneurial human capital in Inner Mongolia on the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.Thirdly,theoretical models on entrepreneurs' human capital affecting the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities of Inner Mongolia are established.The fourth part is the design and issuance of the questionnaire.The questionnaire of this paper is designed by referring to the research at home and abroad.In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,small-scale research objects are selected for presurvey and the feedback is refined laterly,then the formal questionnaire is coming out.The fifth part is the empirical analysis.Firstly,SPSS is used to test the reliability and validity of the data collected from the questionnaire,and then AMOS is used to construct two structural equation models,which are based on the hypothesis of "Inner Mongolian entrepreneurs' human capital ? identification of entrepreneurial opportunities" and " Inner Mongolian entrepreneurs' human capital ? entrepreneurial self-efficacy Sense ? Assumptions for identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.By analyzing the fitting degree and path of these two structural equation models,the empirical results are concluded.The sixth part is consisted of conclusions and suggestions.Based on the analysis of the structural equation model,conclusions are given and corresponding recommendations are put forward from four aspects: government,enterprises,universities and entrepreneurs.Conclusions are as follows:First,the human capital of entrepreneurs in Inner Mongolia has a positive impact on the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.Second,the knowledge level,functional experience,industry experience,and reputation of Inner Mongolia entrepreneurs all have a positive impact on the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.Third,entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a mediating role in the influence of entrepreneurial human capital in Inner Mongolia on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities.Fourth,the sense of entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a complete mediating role in Inner Mongolia entrepreneurs' knowledge level and reputation's influence on recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities.Fifth,entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a partial mediating role in Inner Mongolia entrepreneurs' functional experience and industry experience's impact on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities.
