In the second half of 2014,the relevant state departments issued the "New National Ten"(“Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Insurance Industry”),mainly focusing on some views of the present insurance industry.With related policies are promulgated successively,the insurance industry in China officially entered the rank of "Sunrise Industry” with a bright future.However,in front of this period of opportunity and challenge,many insurance companies have been caught in the embarrassing situation of domestic strife and foreign aggression.Firstly,one is the unreasonable allocation of professional talents.The key for enterprises to enhance the competitiveness in the industry lies in talents.However,the current shortage of highly qualified professionals in the industry is hard to be improved in the short term.Problems of the shortage of professional talents are gradually exposed and increasingly obvious.Secondly,the loss of core staff is becoming more and more prominent.The current competition between insurance companies focuses on talent contest,leading to the phenomenon of highly frequent flow of senior managers and professional core talents among enterprises and unbalanced organizational structure.Abnormal outflow of core talents will have many negative effects on enterprises,such as sluggish business development,decline in operating profit,and even internal management turbulence.The author thinks that the high frequency outflow of insurance talents has become the "soft spot" for the sustainable development of insurance enterprises in the future.Clearly defines and distinguishes the concepts of talents and insurance talents,talents flow and talents loss,the paper then sums up the characteristics of the core talents of insurance companies.On the basis of discussing and analyzing the model and theory of domestic and foreign talents loss,the paper,taking Yunnan Branch of H Insurance as an example,has analyzed the internal,external and individual factors that have caused the talents loss and has studied on the existing problems of the current talent management system in Yunnan Branch of H Insurance,based on the company's human resources profile and the current situation of staff turnover in recent three years,combining with qualitative study on existing questionnaire data,Kurt Lewin's field theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs.Finally,combined with the specific situation of H Insurance Company,this paper puts forward that enterprises should deepen their cognition of the important strategic resources of talents,and then promote the innovation of management idea and mechanism,adopt the measures of salary system reform,establishing and developing talent training system,and perfecting talent replacement development mechanism,and strengthen the recognition and cohesion of talents to the team,therefore to reduce the rate of talents loss and achieve the goal of promoting the benign development of insurance enterprises.
