Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of China's Agricultural Investment In Laos

With the development of economic globalization and economic regionalization,Any countries and nationalities are unable to be an exception.The economic globalization has accelerated the flow of production matters.Extroversion agriculture has become an inexorable trend.It is essential to use all the countries resources to form different markets to build agriculture cooperation and international communication.Laos is located in the northern part of the Indochina Peninsula,it is the only inland city in Southeast Asia.The area of this country is 23.68 square centimeter and it is a small nation state of around 5.8 million people.It has the least populations in the Indochina Peninsula.Topography from north to south.The eastern border on Vietnam and the northern is linked together the plateau of Dianxi in Yunnan province.The climate of Laos is warm and humid.Because of the abundant rainfall.Laos has abundant natural resources and land resources.Until present time,agriculture is still the most important pillar industry.And agriculture has become the focal point of cooperation of China and Laos under the atmosphere of free trade area.The cooperation of agriculture will always be the focus point of cooperation because the development of agriculture is very important to both countries.Bilateral trade will bring opportunity and challenge to Laos.Meanwhile,it will bring profound significance to Lao's agriculture exports and agricultural competition.This paper explains the concepts of agriculture and agriculture investment.And it uses the H-O model,the Eclectic Theory of International Production and direct investment theories,specification of research target key with agriculture investment of China to Laos,to analyses the problems and current situations of investment of China to Laos.And this paper throw out some suggestions to get new developments between China and Laos and realizes win together.
