Improve Research Of The Application Of Value Stream Mapping In SR's GS Line

Since the twenty-first Century,the world economy has been unprecedentedly developed,and the deepening of the trade integration has also made the manufacturing enterprises face more and more fierce competition.In particular,the rapid development of China's electronic commerce in recent years has also brought new opportunities and challenges to our manufacturing enterprises.Lean production has been introduced into China,and lean production mode has been modeled by manufacturing industry and service industry.At the same time,domestic scholars have carried out extensive research on lean production.The value flow chart is a visual,based tool based on lean production system.The value flow chart is used to describe the process of the enterprise,and it can help the enterprise understand the production process well and make the optimization plan.Therefore,based on the perspective of lean production,this paper introduces the development trend and research status of VSM,and studies the implementation guideline of VSM in GS process production.Finally,it gives the specific optimization plan and improvement method of VSM process for stamping process.This paper selects SR company as the research object,the SR company in the framework of lean thinking,combined with the lean production tools such as Kanban management,JIT,5S,and industrial engineering theories and methods,based on GS CHS3012 workshop production line of SR company as an example,the flow chart of the value analysis of existing processes the future,and draw the diagram design improvement scheme and put forward opinions and views for the implementation of the program.By improving the implementation of the program,the key performance indicators of GS workshop CHS3012 product line,the delivery time TOD is shortened from 8.1h to 2.1h,the yield rate is increased from 97.32% to 99.16%,the production line balance rate is increased from 47.2% to 79.4%,the production cost is reduced,and the management efficiency is improved.The results show that the value flow analysis of the CHS3012 line is more successful.
