The main problems of precision poverty alleviation in Jilin are analyzed,including low enthusiasm for poverty reduction,lack of social strength,difficulties in identifying poor households,and the failure to effectively play the role of the party organization at the grass-roots level.The reasons for the problems in the work of precision poverty alleviation are analyzed,including the influence of planned economic thinking.The poverty alleviation plan is disjointed with the actual demand,the incentive mechanism of social participation is not perfect,the precision identification system is not perfect,the grass-roots party organizations are not in place in the front line of poverty alleviation,etc..Finally,based on the situation of Jilin Province,the social organizations are encouraged to participate in the construction of the way of the participation of the poor people,and the precise identification system is created in accordance with the situation of the province.To fully mobilize the function of the party organizations at the grass-roots level,and to put forward some optimization countermeasures according to the classification of regional situation,in order to have certain reference value to the accurate poverty alleviation work in Jilin province.
