Research On Precise Poverty Alleviation Of The Rural Poor In Jilin Province

After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,president Xi put forward the concept of precise poverty alleviation and integrated this concept into poverty alleviation and development work in China.Winning a fight against poverty is a solemn commitment and ruling principle of Chinese government.The rural poor population is the most important poverty alleviation target in the precise poverty alleviation.Getting rid of poverty of the rural poor is the basic symbol for China to achieve a comprehensive well-off society.In recent years,Jilin Province has responded positively to the party's central government's call for poverty alleviation,earnestly studied the idea of precise poverty alleviation,put precision poverty alleviation the priority of people's livelihood,and implemented assistance mechanisms at various levels.At present,the precision poverty alleviation work in Jilin Province has achieved certain results.However,as China's precision poverty alleviation work continues to advance,demands and difficulties also increased.Therefore,Jilin Province should constantly strengthen the work of precision poverty alleviation,give the province the strength to overcome difficulties,achieve the poverty alleviation of the rural poor,and accurately eliminate poverty,so that all poverty-stricken counties can be removed and the overall poverty problem in rural areas can be fully solved.This paper takes the priority of poverty alleviation in rural areas of Jilin Province as the main line,and makes an overall analysis of the current situation,difficulties and solutions of precise poverty alleviation in Jilin Province.The thesis consists of five chapters.The introduction part mainly expounds the issue of poverty,current situation at home and abroad,research significance and methods,research purposes and research difficulties and the innovation and deficiency of the thesis.The first chapter mainly expounds the concept of poverty and precise poverty alleviation,and the related theories of the Marxist poverty theory and Marxism in China of poverty alleviation.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of the rural poor in Jilin Province and the current achievements in poverty alleviation in Jilin Province.The third chapter mainly expounds the problems existing in the precision poverty alleviation work in Jilin Province,and analyzes the reasons for its existence.The fourth chapter reveals the restrictive factors of precision poverty alleviation in Jilin Province from three factors: geographical environment,economic development and social security.The fifth chapter focuses on the problems and constraints of the precise poverty alleviation of the rural poor in Jilin Province,such as innovating the working mechanism of poverty alleviation,promoting the forces of social poverty alleviation,developing ecological industry,stimulating endogenous power,encouraging entrepreneurship and employment,improving social security and keeping open-minded in poverty alleviation,and the promotion of balanced economic development.
