With the rapid development of the economy and the rising voice of state-owned enterprise reform,state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises have to face the dual pressures from the external markets and organizations.Employees as the company's core competitiveness,how to retain employees,stimulate the initiative of employees has become an important task of modern enterprise human resource management.With the development of the construction industry,retaining core talents has also become an important issue for enterprises.The salary system plays an important role in this task.A scientific and reasonable salary system will directly affect the correct understanding of the position value of employees.The position value is linked to the vital interests of employees.Therefore,the evaluation of the position value is based on the industry specificity of construction companies.The index system,in order to establish a scientific salary system,has important practical significance for the future development of construction enterprises.This article through the collection and collation of relevant literature and related theories of learning and exploration,determine the method of job value evaluation and the method of determining the weight of each element.Using interviews and questionnaires,questionnaires were distributed to a number of construction companies including Changchun Chengkai Group,Changchun Construction Group,and Changchun Runde Group.A total of 125 questionnaires were issued.107 valid questionnaires were used,and the effective rate was 85.6%.Determined the evaluation factors of the job value of the construction companies,and finally built a construction value evaluation system for the construction enterprises,starting from the four dimensions of job responsibilities,job specificity,work environment and qualifications,to the scope of responsibility,the importance of responsibility Based on the ten sub-elements including work complexity,job innovation,market scarcity,hard work environment,work time uncertainty,academic qualifications,experience,and skills,a job value evaluation system is constructed and innovatively implemented.The “market scarcity” and “difficult work environment” were included in the evaluation elements of job value.Taking China Runjian Group as an example,it analyzes the problems existing in its salary system.There are mainly phenomena of low incentive,wages based on position and seniority,unable to reflect the contribution of employees to the organization,and the need to establish a valuation based on job value.Salary system to solve the current problems.Therefore,based on the evaluation system of the construction enterprise's position value established in this paper,combining with the actual conditions of Zhongrun Construction Engineering Group,the weight of the evaluation factors of the position value is determined,and the salary system and the protection mechanism based on the evaluation of the position value are established to ensure that employees are The company's contribution to pay compensation,and constantly improve the staff's work enthusiasm and sense of justice.The evaluation index system of the post value of architectural enterprises finally established in this paper theoretically enriches the existing evaluation index of post value,making the evaluation result more accurate and more targeted;in reality,it has been determined for a long time by the rank of the architectural enterprise.The disadvantages of position salary provide an effective solution,and also provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for salary management of state-owned construction enterprises.
