Position compensation design is the most important part of compensationmanagement. Designing reasonable position compensation is important for buildinga systematic and scientific compensation system, guarantying inside fair ofcompensation system and double wins for employees and enterprise. Basing on theintroduction of the job evaluation theory, construct the model and way of positioncompensation design from the practice aspect.The article focus on the model and the procedure of position compensation design andthe design method of position compensation system, then establishes the model ofposition compensation evaluation by AHP. At last, the article discuss how toevaluate and choose the position compensation program by fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation.
