| Logistics industry has become the basic impetus to support economic development. Its position has been widely recognized in the global scope, and it has been developing rapidly. The government has developed a favorable policy to support the healthy development of the logistics industry. As an important aspect of modern logistics, the position of regional logistics Regional has been valued at all level of government.This paper constructed the index system of regional logistics capability from a regional perspective. Regional logistics capability is a strength and potential of a region to provide logistics services. Then this paper built an evaluation index system of regional logistics capability from the logistics cost control level and regional logistics development potential, regional talent support ability. And then this paper collected the relevant data of Anhui Province, constructed the fuzzy-matter element, and used AHP and entropy method to determine the index weight to value regional logistics capability. First, this paper valued the regional logistics capability of Anhui province from 2005 to 2014 and got the conclusion that the development of Anhui’s logistics was slowdown. Then this paper valued the regional logistics capability of cities in Anhui province and of neighboring provinces in 2014 and got the conclusion that the cities’ logistics development level is low and unbalanced. Finally, this paper put forward some countermeasures and hoped to provide reference for the development of logistics in Anhui province. First of all, economy is an important leading tool. Second, the government should give priority to the cities with great logistics foundation. Thirdly, the development of regional logistics should be targeted. Fourth, the government should establish cooperation between regions. Finally, the government should play an important role. |
