With the rapid economic development,it also brings serious ecological and environmental problems,and how to achieve the coordinated development of economic and environmental quality is a common problem.Because the industrial structure is the link of economic development and environmental quality interaction,studying the coordinated development of industrial structure and environmental quality problem analysis is particularly important to analyze the coordinated development of economic development and environmental quality.In this paper,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,through the use of measurement based on coordination degree model coupling theory and evaluation of the coordination between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional industrial structure and environmental quality,and using combination forecasting method to predict the next few years the coordination degree,finally promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional industrial structure and environment coordinated development policy recommendations put forward to measure and evaluate the coordination degree based on.Firstly,this article elaborated the research background,the research significance,the related research situation,the research content and the research method at home and abroad,and expounded the related concepts and related theories of this study,which laid the theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,this article analyzed the situation of the industrial structure of BeijingTianjin-Hebei region from two angles between the industry structure and industrial structure,and analyzed the situation of environmental quality from three aspects: environmental pressure,environmental status,environmental response,and analyzed the problem of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional industrial structure and environmental quality.Again,through the design of the comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial structure,the comprehensive evaluation index system of environmental quality and the coupling mechanism of industrial structure and environmental quality,this paper measured and evaluated the coordination relationship between the industrial structure and the environmental quality of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by using the coordination model based on coupling theory,also predicted the coordination relationship in the next few years by the unequal combination forecasting method.Finally,according to the evaluation of coordination degree,this paper put forward some policy suggestions on the coordinated development of industrial structure and environmental quality of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from two aspects: industry and environment.
