Research On The Government Supervision Of Food Production Enterprises In Laoting County

The establishment of the market supervision and Administration Bureau of Laoting County had marked that the reform of market supervisory agency and the food and drug supervisory agency of Laoting County had been initially completed.The newly revised “Food Safety Law” was formally implemented in October 1,2015,which established a new legal system for food safety supervision.In the current situation of rapid economic development,facing the new policies and regulations,how to supervise the food production process more effectively was an important issue for the Laoting county government supervision departments.This thesis was expected to improve the supervision system of food production enterprises in Laoting County,and further ensured the food safety in the production and operation link in Laoting County.In the field of public management,this thesis focused on the introduction of intelligent regulatory measures to improve the county government food supervision theory.On the premise of the current situation of food production enterprises and government supervision in Laoting County,made a deep analysis of the angle of the food producing enterprises,the level of legal norms,the regulatory system,the government supervision measures and the personnel of the supervision team.On the basis of the above situation,drew on the supervision experience of the European Union,the United States and other countries,and some other regions in developed provinces of China,this thesis summarized the relevant policy recommendations of the food production enterprise supervision of Laoting County.The proposals were mainly reflected in the government supervision system,diversified exchanges,long-term regulatory mechanism,and strengthening publicity work.It had to integrate the power of the government and all aspects of society to achieve the overall situation of food safety and social governance.This thesis was based on the actual situation in food production supervision of Laoting County,the supervision experience of many years,from the governments' point of view,according to the theory of public management system,such as the common governance theory,risk analysis theory,information asymmetry theory,service-oriented government theory and the creation of the national introduction of relevant laws and regulations,applied the method of literature research,comparative study,data analysis and case analysis.At the same time,a targeted questionnaire was conducted.This thesis could be based on public management theory to solve the actual government supervision problem...
