With the rapid development of China's aviation transport industry, the basic framework of the aviation network has been completed and the network has entered a large-scale expansion stage. The study of aviation efficiency is of great significance to the solution of space optimization of aviation resources and the sustainable development of aviation transportation.Firstly,we describe the topological structure of China's aviation network from the hierarchical structure and community structure. Then, combining space,it describes the level of spatial differentiation of aviation network efficiency through several statistical indicators that describe spatial differentiation, and describes the spatial pattern evolution of aviation network efficiency from the perspective of the nation, region, and node. Finally, the influencing factors of the efficiency of aviation network are analyzed based on the existing research experience and availability of data.First, from the perspective of multidimensional centrality, the four central spatial evolution of China?s aviation network is characterized: the central distribution of degree, closeness, betweenness, straightness presents a spatial diffusion trend from agglomeration to equilibrium. The value zone began to break through the Hu Huanyong line and stretched southwest and northwest. However, the spatial imbalance and spatial agglomeration were still significant, and were spotted in a few key cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Kunming,Chengdu, and Chongqing.Second, from the perspective of network efficiency,it reveals the hierarchical structure and community structure of China's aviation network efficiency. The study finds that the node efficiency of China's aviation network conforms to a certain order-scale rule, and its position-scale distribution curve shows a clear “long tail” characteristic;under the axis-spoke network organization,a typical center-periphery structure is developed.Differentiating and forming high-efficiency hub cities in the core circle, fulcrum cities in the middle circle, and low-efficiency node cities in peripheral circles. At the same time, the distribution of China's airline network efficiency has obvious spatial agglomeration.Because of its geographical proximity,it has formed stable five communities in the east, south, north, southwest, and northwest. The internal hub cities have changed significantly, and there have been significant differences among communities.Third,a multi-regional differentiation model was constructed to depict the spatial differentiation, pattern, and evolution of China's aviation network efficiency from the national, regional, and city scales:(1)From the measured results of the spatial dissimilarity model,China's aviation network efficiency The degree of spatial differentiation first increases and then decreases. The concentration level of the three regions in the east, middle, and west shows the pattern of “saddle” in the east> west> middle.(2)From the perspective of spatial structure, first of all,the evolution of the spatial pattern of China's aviation network efficiency on a national scale is a process of moving from a “three pillars” model to a multi-nuclear development model. At the sub-regional scale, the high-value areas of China?s aviation network efficiency are banded.Distribution: distribution belts along the eastern coast, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and along the “Hu Huanyong” line. The rapid development of aviation networks under the urban scale focuses on Yunnan and central and western regions of Xinjiang. Finally,Explore the influencing factors of China's aviation network efficiency from several aspects including population size, economic level, industrial structure, talent capital, government support, opening to the outside world, and its own energy level. The population density and GDP per capita are positively correlated with the efficiency of the aviation network in terms of population size and economic development level. The regions with a tertiary industry as the dominant and more developed tourism industry will have higher aerospace network efficiency, while the impact of secondary industry is not significant. There is a certain synergistic effect between railway transportation capacity and aviation network efficiency, that is,the greater the railway transportation capacity, the higher the efficiency of aviation networks, but this effect is not very significant, and the road transportation capacity is not related to the aviation network efficiency.
