| Express industry occupies an important position in the national social utility,it is the basic service for people's livelihood and production,which plays an important role in meeting the increasing diversity and individualized demand.In recent years,with the rapid development of E-commerce,express industry has a better development space,and rapid development for the real Sunrise industries.Faced with such a bright future,let state-owned express enterprises,private Express enterprises and the influx of foreign-funded express enterprises launched an unusually fierce competition.Private Express enterprises want to beat the warlords in the market,for enterprises to obtain more profits,more stable status,we need to use professional competitive strategic knowledge,to establish a scientific and reasonable competitive strategy for enterprises.This paper chooses to develop well in private express enterprise,has a strong representative of Hebei S Express Company as a research object,this company was founded in 2008,is the S Express Group's wholly-owned subsidiary,in north China has a better development prospects,but with more and more competitors appear,as well as some of their own problems,Hebei S Express Company in the development of a number of obstacles encountered.In this paper,the pest and the five-force model are used to analyze the macro environment and industrial environment of Hebei S Express Company,to find out the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprises at present,and to establish the external factor evaluation matrix.Then,the internal environment of Hebei S Express Company is analyzed,and the internal advantages and disadvantages of the company are summarized,and the internal factor evaluation matrix is established.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis and research,using SWOT analysis to get the alternative competitive strategy of Hebei S Express Company,then using QSPM matrix to carry out strategic evaluation and calculate the strategy of the highest attractiveness score,finally obtains the most suitable competition strategy of this company,namely differentiation strategy.Through the Hebei S Express Company's competitive strategy planning,research,hope that the company in the future in the market to help the competition and development,but also for the domestic private express enterprise competitive strategy to provide useful reference. |
