Research Of The Development And Countermeasure Of Ecotourism In Hebei Province Based On RDIT

Fog and haze,soil erosion and other environmental issues seriously restrict the sustainable development of the tourism,so that ecotourism has become a global focal point.Meanwhile,ecotourism,one of the best model to promote the green developing and ecological civilization,can push the tourism industry to turn and upgrade.The paper starts from the domestic and foreign research status of the ecotourism,combing the relevant research results,to analyzes the concept of ecological tourism in the new era and the generalization of ecotourism.Based on that,the paper points out three characteristics of ecotourism: resource vulnerability,not sustainable,technology dependence.Then it tries to describe the formation and development of ecotourism from the perspective of dynamic factors.The paper holds that there are four dynamic factors: resource,demand,Institution and technical,and they constructs the RDIT path model of ecotourism development.Combined with the theory of “three stages of ecotourism development”,the ecotourism development process is divided into three stages: resource-driven,demand-driven and complex driving from the perspective of dynamic factors.The force composition of different force factors at different stages pointed out,and the development path of ecotourism is mapped.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the model can be tested through an empirical study on the development path of ecological tourism in Hebei province.Firstly,the paper performs a statistical analysis on ecotourism resources,demand,Institution and technical factors,.the model gives a result that the ecotourism in Hebei province in the complex driving stage.Then the path of ecotourism development in Hebei Province is constructed,and the path of ecotourism development in Hebei Province is mapped.It is found that there is room for improvement of the dynamic factors of ecotourism development in Hebei Province,and the technical and institutional factors are less dynamic and need to be improved.Finally,according to the vulnerable factors,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of ecotourism development path in Hebei province.Combined with the actual situation of ecotourism development in Hebei Province,the paper puts forward some specific suggestions on resource utilization,market positioning and promotion,system guarantee,technology intensification.
