Study On The Problems And Solutions In Providing Public Service By State Owned Enterprise

Under market oriented economy,state-owned enterprises have separated from government and become independent entities.They make their own decisions on operation with less dependent on government.Meanwhile,state-owned communication enterprises has close relation with society and share common prosperity.As public service provider,it is the backbone of the state economy and shall take social responsibility.State-owned communication enterprises are not only important part of state economy and great role of people's livelihood,they also carry great glories social responsibility in promote economic development and social stability.These are unique role which can not be replaced by other enterprises.Therefore,it faces more high expectation in respect of the social responsibility.For state-owned communication enterprises,it takes huge social responsibility in provide service,therefore,their staff shall care not only the economy side of the enterprises,but also the public interest in the business operation.In the statement of this paper,I will use China Mobile Baoding Branch Company as an example to explain the problems in sate-owned enterprise public service and provide solutions.In this paper,it will first introduce the research background,purpose of research,basic structure of the paper,materials domestic and overseas,and method and innovation point of state-owned enterprise in providing pubic service.Then,I will put more on basic concept and basic theory,provide information regarding practice and effect of state-owned enterprise in providing pubic service.I will also discuss background,meaning,operation and conditions for state-owned enterprise in providing pubic service.Finally,I will try to provide solutions for the problems regarding state-owned enterprise in providing pubic service,such as enhance staff capability,create a good mechanism and system for state-owned communication enterprise in providing public service.
