| Regional coordinated development is one of the major trends in the development of the world today and an important way for all countries to narrow the regional disparity and achieve common prosperity.Since the great development of the western region,Xinjiang has implemented a strategy of regional unbalanced development,prioritizing the development of the economy in the northern region and gradually expanding the economic differences between the northern and southern Xinjiang.The regional economic disparities have exceeded the warning level and the contradictions in the uncoordinated development of economy between the regions have become increasingly evident Prominent.The economic disparity between the northern and southern Xinjiang areas is too large not only affect the overall economic development,but also related to Xinjiang's social stability and national unity.In view of the coordinated development of economy in South and North Xinjiang regions,domestic scholars conducted relevant researches based on different perspectives and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,but the effect of implementation is not significant.This paper attempts to start from the perspective of synergies,through analyzing the factors that promote the synergetic development of the northern and southern Xinjiang regions,and put forward some policy suggestions pertinent to provide a new perspective for narrowing the economic gap between southern and northern Xinjiang.Under the background of "One Belt and One Road",this paper studies the coordinated development of economy in South and North Xinjiang.First of all,from the synergetics,dissipative structure and the theory of regional division of labor to elaborate the connotation of regional synergy and its application in the field of economics;Secondly,the economic development in South and North Xinjiang to be a simple description of the status quo,on this basis,through the Gini coefficient,Then we use the synergetics theory as a model to study the coordinated development of the economy in South and North Xinjiang,take the regional comparative advantage(RCA),regional economic development(REC),regional Industrial division of labor(RID)and regional industrial structure(RIS)as an index to analyze the coordinated development of economy in South and North Xinjiang,and to conduct a coordinated research on the economy of South and North Xinjiang.Finally,we put forward some policy recommendations to promote the coordinated development of South and North Xinjiang's economy.Through the analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)From 2000 to 2015,the economic differences between South and North Xinjiang have tended to shrink,but the economic differences have exceeded the warning level.Among them,the economic differences in South and North Xinjiang are caused The main reason for regional economy.(2)At present,the economic cooperation between the northern and southern Xinjiang areas has basically stopped at the primary level and the synergistic value has been increasing year by year.The main factors that promote the coordinated economic development between the northern and southern Xinjiang are the regional comparative advantages and the regional division of labor.(3)The overall economic cooperation in northern Xinjiang is higher than in southern Xinjiang,and the coordinated development of economy in southern and northern Xinjiang depends mainly on the promotion of economy in northern Xinjiang. |
