As the key object of national regional development,Xinjiang's tourism industry is facing a new opportunity. The correct theoretical support and policy guidance will greatly promote the development of Xinjiang's tourism industry and provide stronger support for Xinjiang's economic development.Based on the research of the domestic and foreign research of Xinjiang regional tourism industry, based on the industrial agglomeration and total factor productivity as the main evaluation index,Xinjiang area of the tourism industry in 2007 to 2016 in the ten years of industrial agglomeration and total factor productivity analysis of the research. At the same time, the influence mechanism of the agglomeration of tourism industry in Xinjiang area on the impact mechanism of total factor productivity is studied. The main conclusions are as follows: First, the research on the characteristics of industrial agglomeration in Xinjiang area. The agglomeration characteristics of tourism industry in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region are very obvious, and the location quotient index is 1.4497,indicating that the agglomeration of tourism industry in Xinjiang has initially formed scale. At the same time, there are obvious regional differences in the cluster of tourism industry. The tourism industry in the capital area is characterized by obvious agglomeration and large scale. The industrial agglomeration index of the southern Xinjiang tourist area is only 0.6476,which shows that the agglomeration scale of the tourism industry is not obvious in the southern Xinjiang. At the same time in fifteen prefectures in the area around the state, the differences shown by the tourism industry agglomeration situation is relatively large.Second, the research and analysis of the total factor productivity in Xinjiang area. The total factor productivity of the tourism industry in Xinjiang has shown a growing trend in ten years. At the same time, the total factor productivity of the Xinjiang region is determined by the technological progress, and the technological progress is the motive force of the total factor productivity progress in Xinjiang. And technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency, the three indicators of the change trend is smaller, and also shows a lagging characteristic. At the same time, the total factor productivity in different regions of Xinjiang area tourism industry also showed regional differences in TFP,capital of radiation zone, northern tourist area and eastern Xinjiang tourist industry also showed a rising trend, while the southern tourist area showed a downward trend.Third, the impact of tourism industrial agglomeration in Xinjiang on the total factor productivity of Xinjiang region. The agglomeration of tourism industry in Xinjiang has played a role in promoting the total factor productivity of the tourism industry in Xinjiang. The tourism industry agglomeration in Xinjiang has a strong positive correlation with the total factor productivity of tourism industry in Xinjiang area.Upgrading industrial agglomeration in the region can improve the total factor productivity of tourism industry in this area.Industrial agglomeration is promoted by promoting the scientific and technological progress of the tourism industry in Xinjiang.Fourth, the enlightenment to the government's decision. The stability of Xinjiang area is the premise to ensure the growth of Xinjiang's tourism industry.Meanwhile,large-scale investment in fixed assets will have a negative impact on TFP in the short term, but in the long run,it will further promote the development of tourism industry. Therefore, the government needs to consider the relationship between input and output and find the right balance when making a decision.
