The issue of "three rural" has always been an important concern of our government.In the rural,peasant and agricultural problems,the problem of farmers' income is an urgent task to be solved,because it is related to the happiness,sense of gain and dignity of the peasants,the food and clothing and the quality of life.It is also an important criterion to measure the development level of the rural economy,and the stability and harmony of the society and the economy.Sustained and healthy development.The government's policy support and concrete play a crucial role in increasing farmers' income.Our government has been using practical measures to support and guarantee the increase of farmers' income for many years.A large amount of financial expenditure has been poured into support in the construction of new rural areas,the construction of agricultural basic water conservancy facilities and the construction of medical insurance for farmers.The problem of increasing farmers' income is facing more and more complex problems after entering the new era.After a comprehensive review of the domestic and foreign farmers' income increase,this paper selects Jiaxiang County,Jining,Shandong Province as a sample,with a small view,and a point of view,from the point of view of public management,to study the farmers' income increase policy in Jiaxiang county.First,the basic conditions of agricultural production and the current situation of agricultural development in Jiaxiang county were studied and analyzed,and the existing agricultural resources and the advantages and disadvantages of the agricultural development environment in Jiaxiang county were understood,and the foundation for the latter to study the farmers' income situation was laid.Secondly,it analyzes the change stage of farmers' income growth,understands the current situation of farmers' income development in Jiaxiang County,analyzes the characteristics of farmers' income in Jiaxiang County,and then analyses the income structure of farmers in Jiaxiang County,and finds the main problems facing the increase of income.Then,the Jiaxiang county government in view of the problem of increasing the income of farmers,the relevant policies of the formulation and implementation of the situation are analyzed,to assess the effect,the existing problems and the related factorsaffecting the policy implementation of the farmers' income increase policy in Jiaxiang county government.Finally,the suggestions for improving the policy of increasing the income of Jiaxiang county government are put forward.When the policy is made,the status and demand of farmers should be taken into consideration and a perfect policy system should be set up.In the implementation of the policy,a good timetable,a road map and a task book should be set up to carry out the responsibility of the policy implementation to the specific departments and personnel to ensure that the execution process is not out of shape.The implementation of the departments to link up smooth,avoid buck passing,after the implementation of the policy,the policy should be comprehensively evaluated and tested to ensure that the implementation of the policy can bring real income and effect to the increase of farmers' income.
