Based On DEA-malmquist Model Research On Guizhou Tourism Efficiency Evaluation

With the approaching 100 years of the founding of the Party,the historic task of building a well-off society in an all-round way poses a severe challenge to the sustainable economic development of Guizhou in the future.As a pillar industry in the tertiary industry,tourism has a high level of development efficiency that is crucial to the future socio-economic development of Guizhou Province.Therefore,from the perspective of input and output,this paper uses DEA model to study the efficiency of tourism input and output in Guizhou Province,and is committed to providing some ideas and suggestions for the development of tourism in Guizhou Province.This study combines economic growth theory,regional tourism and sustainable development theories,and takes the tourism efficiency of Guizhou Province as the research object.First of all,starting from the research status of tourism efficiency,we will position related theories and concepts,such as tourism,The definition of the concept of tourism efficiency,sustainable development theory,and regional tourism theory have all been elaborated.Secondly,it explains the development status of China's tourism industry and Guizhou tourism industry.Based on this,it conducts a brief analysis of the tourism industry in Guizhou.It is believed that "the quality of the industry is first-rate,the core competitiveness is outstanding,the characteristics are distinctive,and the brand effect is significant" will become a good indicator of the development of the three tourism industry in Guizhou.Through the relevant theoretical analysis of Guizhou tourism industry,this paper selects the entire society's investment in fixed assets,drawing on the selection of provincial tourism input and output indicators from the three elements of economics: capital,labor,and land.The number of employees in the tertiary industry(labor),the number of travel agencies(labour),and land(resources)are used as input indicators,and total tourism revenue and total tourist numbers are taken as output indicators.By referring to the relevant data of selecting and processing the above-mentioned input and output indicators,and using the DEA-Malmquist model data calculation by using the MAXDEA software,the time-series analysis of the input-output efficiency of Guizhou Province from 2001 to 2016 is made from the viewpoint of economics and so on.This article analyzes the results of tourism input and output efficiency of tourism in Guizhou Province from 2001 to 2016 from the perspective of four input factors,and then briefly explains the necessity of improving tourism efficiency in Guizhou.According to the analysis part of the previous section,in the end,this paper proposes five countermeasures from the perspectives of “capital”,“labour”,and “land”,five aspects of the management mechanism and provincial tourism cooperation,in hopes of improving the input and output efficiency of Guizhou tourism industry.Provide a certain reference.
