With the scientific development steps forward and the competition becomes moreand more fiercely, under such a complex requirement of the market environment, theenterprise would only win the competition in such a fierce market if they own a groupsof staff who are active, adventurous, innovative as well as being able to put up with thehigh uncertainties. What' s more, with the arrival of the knowledge economy, thosewho pursue individualism as well as self-worth are the core undertaker in the processof innovation, whose role cannot be neglected at all. All those mentioned above haschallenged to battle the traditional managing measures and theory based on supervisionand control. This paper study on the influence of innovative climate and individualinnovative behaviors of the staff on the innovative performance of the enterprises,what has huge realistic valuable.On the basis of organizational management theory and organizational study theory,this paper makes a conclusion of what is innovative technology and organizationalinnovation, as well as the indicators system on technological innovation performancein enterprise, it also conclude the concept of organizational innovative climate, of thestaffs' innovative conducts, and of some related documents of the predecessors onstudying this issue. And this paper then classified organizational innovation into7dimensions, after that it analyzed the mechanism of the impact of organizationalinnovation climate on the innovative performance of the enterprises, thus build up theideal pattern of relationship between organizational innovation climate and theinnovative performance of the enterprise, with the individual innovative behaviorsbeing a intervening variable, this paper also put forth some related researchassumptions, using the methods of regression analysis, structural equation model, andthen use the reliability analysis, validity analysis to study the statistic samples.The research has proved: the researching targets are credible and efficient;organizational innovation climate do have an effect on the innovative performance ofenterprises in a positive way;7dimensions of organizational innovative climate has apositive and pronounced effect on enterprises' innovative performance; Individualinnovative behavior acts as intermediary in a positive way. According to the research,there are some management advices for you: according to the individual condition, theenterprises should promote the organizational innovative climate of its own from thebelow7aspects: organizational idealism, work style, resources offering, teamwork,leadership efficiency, working environment. In odder to better encourage the staff to innovate, promote the innovative capability and potential? thus to improve theinnovation performance more efficiently.Since the research on the effect of high—tech enterprises' innovation climate oninnovation performance are still next to none in our country, this paper is still anexplore and a try of the writer to imply the research outcome on home enterprises. Theintroduction of individual innovative behavior is also a further step toward theexploration in this field. The writer aim at give some advice to our home high-techenterprises, and offer some theoretical guidance for better improving innovativeperformance of some domestic enterprises.
