Enterprises want to survive and develop,enterprise innovation is essential.With the development of economic globalization,enterprise managers are more and more aware of the importance of employee innovation,and more and more attention has been paid to improving organizational innovation performance through improving employee creativity.A large number of studies show that different leadership styles have a significant impact on the innovation performance of employees,so between transformational leadership and employee innovation performance is how the mechanism needs further study.This paper is based on the theory of transformational leadership style,employee innovation theory and social cognitive theory,through the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,combing the transformational leadership and employee innovation self-efficacy,the logical relationship between employee voice behavior and employee innovation performance,and analyzes the interaction mechanism between them.In order to build a model,the logical relationship between the variables,using the literature research method,survey method and statistical analysis method,hope to Chinese enterprise managers in the aspects of theory and practice of innovation management to provide constructive suggestions.In the part of empirical research,this paper compiled the questionnaire,and has good reliability and validity,a total recovery of 210 valid questionnaires,then use the SPSS software to analyze the data related to test the hypothesis model.The empirical results show that transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on the innovative performance of high-tech enterprises.Employee creativity self-efficacy plays a mediating role in this effect,while employee's suggestion behavior plays a moderating role in this mechanism.According to the conclusion of this article,gives emphasis on cultivating the managers' transformational leadership style,pay attention to the role of transformational leadership on employee management;high-tech enterprises;the establishment of the leadership and staff of high-tech enterprises bidirectional incentives such as management suggestions.This paper will enrich the research on the basic theory,knowledge employee innovation performance of innovative enterprises.Research and development of transformational leadership mechanism for research to enhance employee innovation performance has certain reference significance.In practice,it can provide behavioral reference for enterprise staff training,at the same time,it can be used for reference to the construction of innovative organizations and even innovation oriented countries that are more large-scale and hierarchical.
