In the past two years,the number of food safety incidents in China has been significantly reduced,indicating that China's food safety mechanism is gradually improving and has achieved certain results.However,food safety crisis still exists,such as excessive pesticide residues in animal and veterinary drugs,illegal use of food additives,etc.These incidents still occur and have a serious impact on people's health and social stability.So reduce the occurrence of food safety incidents,Protecting food safety is still a major issue that is urgently needed in today's society.In this situation,the construction and promotion of food traceability systems are particularly important.There are still some problems in the process of building food traceability systems.For example,traceability of system construction costs,the lack of motivation for enterprises to participate,and incomplete traceability information,which seriously hamper the implementation of food traceability systems.This paper builds a traceability system from the concept of the Food Supply and Demand Network(FSDN).And through solving the problem of income distribution to achieve the maximum value of the food supply and demand network system,improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the construction of traceability systems,promote the construction and implementation of food traceability systems,and thus ensure food safety.In this paper,the traditional Shapley value method and improved Shapley value method are used to analyze the revenue distribution of food traceability system.Because of the rich meaning of food supply and demand network nodes,there are many types of nodes.This paper selected two single-chain food supply chains involved in the food traceability system as research objects to conduct research.The Stackelberg model was built to establish a food supply and demand network revenue model under the joint operation scenario with the nodes.After that,it was concluded that the two food supply chains in the traceability system would improve the node's own revenue and the overall food supply and demand network when choosing cooperation.This promotes the entire food supply and demand network,which is not only a cooperation between two food supply chains,but also represents its own revenue when any company,enterprise alliance,supply chain or other organization in the food supply and demand network traceability system chooses to cooperate with each other.And the overall revenue of the food supply and demand network will increase.Subsequently,in the context of cooperative games,a basic Shapley value model was introduced to establish a new revenue distribution mechanism.However,the basic Shapley value model has some disadvantages.It assumes that the node companies participating in the cooperation have equal weights,which is inconsistent with the actual situation.In other words,if the basic Shapley value method is used to distribute the benefits of the food supply and demand network traceability system,it is not fair for the node enterprises participating in the cooperative alliance,and it is almost impossible to carry out long-term cooperation.Therefore,this paper improves the basic Shapley value method.This paper uses the entropy weight TOPSIS model to revise the weighting of income distribution in the food supply and demand network traceability system index system,and considers the knowledge spillover level,resource input level,brand and market position,cooperation efforts,risk factors to obtain revised weights,and determines the final income distribution amount.Select a certain fresh industry in a certain area of Zhejiang Province for empirical analysis,obtain the data and verify them using the basic Shapley value method and the improved Shapley value method.A comparative analysis of the two distribution plans shows that the improved distribution plan is more scientific and reasonable and more in line with the actual situation.At the end of the paper,the income distribution mechanism optimized from three aspects of participating members,government departments,and feedback was proposed;Proposing to construct a third party integrated food supply and demand network traceability system supervision platform,the platform is designed to help companies in the supply and demand network to provide a reasonable income distribution plan when establishing a cooperative relationship,and to monitor the implementation of the traceability system.The construction of the platform can help supervise and maintain the food supply and demand network and effectively promote the implementation of traceability systems.
