Study On The Effectiveness Of Supply And Demand Network In The Safety Traceability System Of Aquatic Product Manufacturing Enterprises

With the continuous development of reform and opening for more than 40 years,China has become the world's major producer and trader of aquatic products.At the same time,aquatic product manufacturing enterprises is an important part of the aquatic product supply chain.Aquatic product manufacturing enterprises are important nodes in the aquatic product supply chain.The safety of aquatic product producing and processing has also become one of the hot issues of concern.The construction and improvement of the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises can better track and trace the information related to the producing and processing of aquatic products.It is an important measure to improve the traceability level of aquatic products and ensure the safety of aquatic products producing and processing.Domestic and foreign scholars have proposed some methods and suggestions from different angles to promote the further development of safety traceability systems for aquatic products manufacturing enterprises,these methods and recommendations are still based on the traditional supply chain management mode.However,the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises based on the traditional supply chain management mode has encountered bottlenecks in the implementation process,and can't adapt well to the development requirements of the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises.This is also the main reason that the traceability system is difficulty to popular in the aquatic product manufacturing industry in China.Therefore,it is necessary to seek a more effective and suitable management mode for use in the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises,thereby further improving the implementation effect of the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises and improving the traceability level of aquatic product safety.The Supply and Demand Network management mode is an innovative management mode and a new development of the traditional supply chain management mode.Therefore,this paper puts forward the idea of Supply and Demand Network in the safety traceability of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises.Starting from the characteristics of Supply and Demand Network and the main problems that need to be solved in the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises,studied the effectiveness of the combination of Supply and Demand Network and the safety traceability system of the aquatic product manufacturing enterprises.It has led to the conclusion that combination of the Supply and Demand Network and the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises is more effective in solving the main problems faced by the traceability system.In addition,based on some ideas of Supply and Demand Network and the main problems that need to be solved in the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises,the evaluation index of the implementation effect of the safety traceability system of aquatic product enterprises enterprises is constructed.And used the evaluation index to evaluates and compares the implementation effects of the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises under the Supply and Demand Network management mode and the traditional supply chain management mode.This paper mainly includes following aspects:(1)Sorted out and analyzed the domestic and international research trends in supply chain management mode,Supply and Demand Network management mode,aquatic product manufacturing enterprise safety traceability system and so on.In addition,on the basis of combing and analyzing the literature,the basic concepts,structure model,characteristics of the Supply and Demand Network management mode,concepts basic principles and main problems of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises are summarized.This part is the basis and foundation for the research of this paper.(2)By constructing the basic model of the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of information disclosure and the solution of negative externalities and economic benefits of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises under the Supply and Demand Network management mode.The analysis results show that the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises under the Supply and Demand Network management mode is better than the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises under the supply chain management mode.(3)Based on the concept of Supply and Demand Network and the main problems that need to be solved in the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises,using the construction methods and principles of the indicator system,the evaluation index systems with three first-level indicators and twenty-one second-level indicators of the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises are constructed.Used this evaluation index system to evaluate the implementation effectiveness of the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises under the Supply and Demand Network management mode and the traditional supply chain management mode.The evaluation results show that the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises under the Supply and Demand Network management mode are more effective,but it is still insufficient in terms of the economics.(4)Finally,the paper summarizes the research conclusions and the suitability,superiority and necessity of the Supply and Demand Network used in the safety traceability system of aquatic product manufacturing enterprises,and puts forward the prospects for the research deficiency and future research.
