Research On The Status And Character Of Female Entrepreneurship Of Hefei City

With the development of world economy and society, female entrepreneurship has become increasingly active, which has been an important driving forces to the growth of economy. Female entrepreneurship has enormous potential development and growth capacity. However, compared with the male, female entrepreneurship has its own characteristics. And these characteristics also have an impact on its development. Research on the status and character of female entrepreneurial activities, it can not only explode the gross status of female entrepreneurship,but also can explain its characters, having a better reference value for research on female entrepreneurship in the future.Firstly, this paper summed up the relative researches on female entrepreneur- ship at home and abroad, as well as GEM and CEM project. Secondly, it introduced samples and basic characteristics of the data. Then this paper analyzed the status of female entrepreneurship in Hefei based on this data.Thirdly, in viewof some classic conceptual framework in entrepreneurship field, the author put out the analytical framework of entrepreneurship character, carrying out the studies on characteristics of female entrepreneurial of Hefei from three levels: entrepreneurs, new-ventures and environment respectively. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to strengthen the development of female entrepreneurship.Research on the status and characteristics of entrepreneurship from the perspective of gender, has a certain meaning both in theory and application value, making a reference to optimize the environment for female entrepreneurship and enhance its development.
