IIUnder the background of the rapid development of industrial technology,thetransformation of the equipment manufacturing industry has become the core of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy.The key to this is to improve the efficiency of technological innovation in equipment manufacturing.This paper abstracts the input and output elements of technology innovation in equipment manufacturing through semantic analysis,and uses Eciews8.0 analysis to verify the input and output factors.Based on the DEA two-stage model,an evaluation model for the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing is constructed,and empirical analysis and evaluation of the technological innovation efficiency in different industries and different regions of Shandong equipment manufacturing industry are carried out and relevant countermeasures are proposed.details as follows:First,Determine the technological innovation development of Shandong equipment manufacturing industry.From the perspective of time series model analysis,at present,the technological innovation of equipment manufacturing industry is not very satisfactory.The relationship between the input of technological innovation resources and the output of products does not reach the state of sustained profitability.It describes the development of technological innovation in Shandong Province.Sexual analysis,this paper believes that the important reason for this form is that the equipment manufacturing industry has low technological innovation efficiency.Second,Constructing a technological manufacturing efficiency evaluation model for equipment manufacturing.The input-output factors of technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry are obtained through semantic analysis,including R&D expenditures,R&D personnel,and patent application number input elements,as well as patent authorization numbers,new product quantity,new product output value,and new product sales revenue output.Elements.Through the correlation analysis of these factors through Eviews8.0,after eliminating the two unrelated elements of the number of new products and the output value of new products,a two-stage evaluation model fortechnological innovation of equipment manufacturing manufacturing in Shandong Province was constructed based on the DEA two-stage model.The first stage is the stage of technology research and development.The input and output elements are R&D funds,R&D personnel and patent applications.The second stage is the stage of product transformation.The input and output elements are the number of effective patents,R&D funds for new products,sales of R&D personnel and new products.income.Last,Based on the two-stage model of input-output of technological innovation efficiency in Shandong equipment manufacturing industry,DEA2.1 is used to evaluate the model from vertical and horizontal aspects.The evaluation results show that the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province has not reached an effective status and there is a waste of resources.The irrational industrial structure and the lack of high-tech talents have led to low efficiency of technological innovation in Shandong equipment manufacturing industry.In response to the lack of technological innovation in Shandong equipment manufacturing industry,relevant policies and recommendations are proposed to further enhance the efficiency of technological innovation in equipment manufacturing and promote the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing.
