Study On Regional Harmonious Development Based On The Regional Industry Specialization

In the process of promoting regional harmonious development,the relative gap of regional development in China has narrowed overall,but the problems of unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable development still remain.For the provinces and regions in the province,the large development gap will also severely restrict the development of social and economic sustainable and healthy development,therefore,how to coordinate the development of interprovincial and intra-provincial regions is also an important issue for governments.The fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee also proposed that coordinated development should continue.The contradiction between regional carrying capacity and industrial layout is a major problem restricting regional development.In the process of promoting regional coordination and development,a regional industrial structure with reasonable division of labor,distinctive features and complementary advantages is formed to promote common development of all regions.Also,the nineteenth report first proposed the implementation of regional coordinated development strategies.This is significant since the reform and development of China's regional development strategy,is the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics must adhere to the major strategy,is a major measure for resolving the new social principal contradiction,also implement two major deployment of one hundred goals.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the coordinated development of guangdong province from the perspective of specialization.Based on 17 prefecture-level cities in guangdong province,this paper will analyze the coordinated development of different cities in guangdong province from the perspective of industrial specialization.The related literatures are sorted out.We construct industrial specialization theory frame with regional harmonious development.Combining theory and empirical analysis,from the perspective of industrial specialization,this paper analyzes the theory and empirical analysis of the coordination and development between different cities in guangdong province.(1)Starting from the manufacturing and service industries,this paper discusses the industrial specialization in various cities in guangdong province.In this way,the overall situation of guangdong province's industrial specialization is comprehensively reflected by combining the krugman index and corresponding analysis method.(2)The paper will set up a set of evaluation index system from the subsystem that reflects the different development situation of the region,and then deal with the index system to measure the coordinated development of regional regions.(3)Then the relationship between industrial specialization and regional coordinated development is analyzed empirically.To explore the influence of industrial specialization on regional coordinated development,The paper will construct a spatial econometric model of the degree of industrial structure difference and regional coordinated development to analyze the relationship between industrial specialization and regional coordinated development.Through the empirical research,the paper shows that the professional level of the service industry in each city is low,and there is a trend of growth,And the professional level of manufacturing industry is relatively high and has not changed much.For the service industry and manufacturing industry,the degree of specialization of the two industries has different impacts on regional coordinated development.The influence of industry specialization on regional coordinated development is negative,while the influence of manufacturing industry on regional coordinated development is positive.Finally,according to their respective influence,the paper puts forward the policy Suggestions of each industry.
