Today,the problem of global green house climate is becoming more and more serious,and the concept of green and low-carbon is gradually gaining popularity.Therefore,the low-carbon economy is also increasingly receiving the attention of all walks of life.As an important component of China's current economic activities,the logistics industry has also highlighted the problems of high energy consumption and high emissions.Developing low-carbon logistics is an inevitable choice for China to achieve sustainable development.Especially with the rapid development of e-commerce in China in recent years,the ever-changing market demand poses new challenges to logistics and distribution services.The unreasonable distribution of logistics networks will not only reduce the economic benefits of enterprises and increase the burden,but also cause environmental pollution,traffic congestion,a lot of energy waste and so on.As an important pivotal link in logistics network,logistics distribution center can not only effectively reduce the carbon emission in logistics operation,but also reduce the total cost of the whole logistics system.Therefore,on this basis,taking into account the practical factors of the uncertainty of demand,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the location of logistics distribution centers under these conditions.Based on the review of the research status of low carbon logistics and distribution center location at home and abroad,this paper studies the location and solution of distribution center by analyzing the basic theory of distribution center.Specific major research work and innovation are as follows:(1)The establishment of site selection model of low carbon distribution center under the two-tier logistics and distribution network.Firstly,taking the two-tier logistics and distribution network as the research background,calculating the carbon emissions generated during the process of site selection,then the carbon emissions of transportation and operation during the siting process are obtained.Through the introduction of carbon tax,the dual-target is transformed into a single target and a low-carbon distribution center location model with demand determination is established.(2)The establishment of site selection model of low carbon distribution center under the uncertain demand.Based on the site selection model of low-carbon distribution center,we also consider the factors of demand change under the actual situation.The construction of the model is completed by introducing the confidence level of the demand and using the chance constrained programming problem to transform the stochastic constraint into the deterministic constraint.(3)Accurately solve the model and analyze numerical examples.This article uses Guangzhou GM Dairy Co.,Ltd.logistics distribution network data to build an example,and use LINGO for accurate solution,then do the model validation.By comparing the data of the cost of logistic and carbon emission in various situations,such as the two situations when the demand is determined and uncertain,the change of confidence level and the demand standard deviation when the demand is uncertain,a series of conclusions are obtained for the enterprises The actual decision-making provides a certain reference value and reference.
