In the process of rapid development of urbanization in China,we have gradually formed the overall development of urban agglomeration relying on important core cities.Urban agglomeration as an important spatial structure in the process of urban development, the interaction of cities in the region has always been the focus of scholars' research. As the main way to make up the capital and the flow of elements among the cities, the traffic plays an important role in the development of the city.In this context, this paper,by constructing the relationship between traffic and urban impact, uses the spatial spillover effect of urban traffic, studies the effect of traffic on the city's own influence and the influence of other cities on urban agglomeration, and tries to understand the traffic The role and influence mechanism in the process of urban agglomeration development in China. This paper first analyzes the labor and capital flow mechanism between the two cities by combining the principles of regional economics.Recognizing that the population and capital of another city will enter the city in the case of the input of one of the urban traffic elements. But the basic conditions of the city more than a certain limit, with the other costs to enhance the flow of people will reverse the flow. And then the "break point" theory from the interaction between the two cities to promote a city group within a number of cities,to derive a city affected by all the city's impact formula. Then the urban scale and traffic factors are regarded as the corresponding output model, and the production function of the traffic factor as the research variable is listed. The urban scale is replaced by the formula of the fracture point, and finally the empirical model of the influence factor of the traffic factor on the city is assumed based on the dimension method. And then select the seven representative of China's national urban agglomeration of the relevant data, into the hypothesis model which empirical test.Through the contrast coefficient and the overall goodness of fit,it is concluded that the traffic factor is a quadratic function relation to the urban influence range and is an upper convex function. So the scale of urban traffic there is a critical value, close to or beyond the size of the city's impact will be reduced in reverse. The current data show that two large cities in Beijing and Shanghai are currently near the critical point, and the impact of the range began to decrease in 2012,in line with the law of the model.Analysis of the city within the city group in the city under the auspices of the city, the early large cities due to traffic and other elements of the leading, continue to expand the scale to absorb the population. With a certain degree of large cities after the population is too fast gathering, rising cost of living, part of the population began to leave, the attractiveness of mega-cities began to decline. Finally, the spatial spillover effect of traffic is used to establish the spatial Durbin model to complete the regression analysis of traffic to other cities in the urban agglomeration.Found that in addition to Kazakhstan outside the city group outside the traffic on the scale of other cities have a positive role in promoting, but in recent years this effect is weakening. The development of metropolitan cities in Beijing and Shanghai has a certain negative externalities for the increase in the size of other cities in the urban agglomeration, while the relatively small construction of the core cities can drive the development of the urban agglomerations more effectively.
