Express industry as a branch of the logistics industry in the emerging industry,from the day the beginning is bound to become the representative of a force of the logistics industry and advanced technology.From 1979 the foreign express delivery enterprises to enter the Chinese business,1985 Chinese post established China express Service Corporation(EMS),was established in 1993 to the first Chinese private courier companies,courier industry has gone through 37 years in Chinese,and gradually formed a state-owned,private capital,foreign background a situation of tripartite confrontation trend.The enterprise has abundant funds,brand advantage is obvious;the state-owned express delivery postal background network all over the world;and China private express enterprises from the day of play that can only survive in the cracks.The strength of the poor and how in the fierce competition in the market,to compete with the giants of foreign enterprises and state-owned enterprises,based in the express market and gain competitive Advantages,is placed in front of each private courier companies need to solve the problem.Firstly,through summarizing the domestic and foreign theorists for strategic management,the third party logistics,express delivery industry research results and research status of,clear this paper will be using some theoretical methods,defines some concepts used in this paper,to lay a theoretical foundation for the next step of research.Secondly,through the application of strategic management thought and analysis tool,a comprehensive analysis of the strategy of private express industry Chinese: for the private express industry in which the external environment,mainly carries on the analysis from the macro environment and industry environment of competition,to grasp the private express industry from macroscopical overall environment,the macro environment is every enterprise in the industry have to face a kind of objective existence;for the analysis of private express industry is the internal environment and the strategic choice and implementation of specific,is through to the private express delivery companies-S.F.Express how to use strategic analysis method,analyzes the implementing plan of the enterprise strategy,to from the micro how to reveal the private express enterprises based on the macro environment analysis,strategy selection and strategy implementation.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some deficiencies in the current development of China's private express industry,and puts forward the Countermeasures for the sustainable development of China's private express industry.
