Research On Human Resources In A Project Team From The Perspective Of Life Cycle

With the continuous development of modern society and the improvement of society and economy,it is more and more important to optimize the allocation of human resources in project management.Different from the previous projects,the current engineering projects are getting closer to high-tech,automation,intelligence,information technology,and the development of science and technology inevitably lead to new characteristics of the project.To meet these changes,On the one hand,the engineering staff must grasp the technical information in time and improve their own subjective accomplishments;on the other hand,the human resources management in project engineering is an important part of project management,and the distribution of human resources is also important in the project management process The problem,sometimes even determining the ultimate success or failure of a project.The construction-oriented companies and companies have gradually shifted from labor-intensive to intelligenceintensive management.In the current context of fierce market competition and rising labor costs,deepening the depth and sophistication of human resources management will greatly assist in the final success of a project.This study first introduces the research background,relevant literature and theories of human resource management in engineering projects.Then it focuses on the human resource management of Project A as a specific case.From the perspectives of concept phase,project planning phase,project implementation phase and project completion phase in the project life cycle,this paper analyzes the human resource management in detail.Rationalization of response measures and the optimization of human resources recommendations.The main contents of the research are as follows: The first is to integrate the project's life-cycle theory,that is,the main process and operation phases of the project and human resources management effectively.The second is to combine theory of project team building and human resource management,And in such a combination of theoretical innovation to project management of human resources to a new perspective for analysis and research.This study provides some suggestions for human resource management in engineering projects.
