In recent years,China's economy is going into a period of transformation and upgrading.Such concepts as "intelligent manufacturing in China" and "Made in China 2025" are constantly emerging, which embodies the government's attention to the development of innovation and quality, reflecting the people's expectation of high quality products and services.Innovation and quality of products are also the focus in these enterprises. Some scholars have studied the relationship between quality management and innovation, but the conclusion is not yet unified. In previous studies, quality management is usually regarded as a single factor affecting innovation, and the elements of quality management are not sub, divided, besides most of the scholars do not consider the internal organizationl context.Based on the sample of the manufacturing enterprises, this dissertation divides the internal organizationl context into two dimensions of centralization and departmental collaboration through consulting the relevant literature. From the two dimensions of "hard"and "soft",this dissertation distinguishes quality management, and divides enterprise innovation performance into two dimensions:product innovation performance and process innovation performance. In this thesis an empirical analysis is applied to study the relationship between three aspects, namely, internal organizationl context, quality management and enterprise innovation performance. The results show that centralization has a positive correlation effect on "hard" quality management and process innovation performance, and has a negative influence on "soft"quality management and process innovation performance.Departmental collaboration has a positive effect on "hard","soft" quality management, product innovation performance and process innovation performance.Centralization and departmental collaboration have indirect effects on product innovation performance and process innovation performance through the mediating role of quality management."Hard" quality management has a positive correlation effect on process innovation performance;,"sof" quality management has a positive impact on"hard" quality management, product innovation performance and with an indirect effect on process innovation performance through the intermediary role of "hard, quality management.
