Research On The Relationship Between Quality Ethics And Enterprise Innovation Performance

Enterprises should pay great attention to the quality of product and service in order to achieve high quality development.To some extent,high quality ensures good enterprise innovation performance and future development.In recent years,epidemic enterprise quality ethics problems have made huge impact on many companies and the society.Therefore,it is rather urgent to conduct researches on relationship between quality ethics and enterprise innovation performance in which sense enterprise quality management and innovation performance will be enhanced.The research is of great theoretical and practical significance for China’s economic development.On the basis of domestic and abroad researches,this thesis explored the relationship between quality ethics and enterprise innovation performance by means of a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research.Advices on improvement of quality ethics management was then given.Many literatures were reviewed in hope of understanding the complicate conceptual model of the relationship between quality ethics and enterprise innovation performance;several hypotheses were proposed;four key elements which were quality ethics,knowledge management,institutional innovative atmosphere and enterprise innovation performance were measured.536 copies of valid data were then analyzed by SPSS 24.0 software,and a structural equation model was established by AMOS 24.0 software to conduct empirical research.The result shows that quality ethics affects enterprise innovation performance in two ways.First,it has a direct positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.Second,it positively affects enterprise innovation performance through two intermediary variables which are knowledge management and institutional innovative atmosphere.Finally,advices on how to quality ethics management was given based on the empirical research which might be beneficial for both the companies to improve their innovation performance and the society to develop economy in a healthier way.
