In recent years,the development of agricultural cooperatives in Xinjiang Corps has made significant progress in all aspects,which is closely related to the introduction and cultivation of talents by corps and cooperatives.In 2018,the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps on implementing the "CPC Central Committee and State Council" on the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the country put forward to cultivate new agricultural business entities,and actively explore the interests linking mechanism of agricultural industrialization,the formation of "leading industry + cooperative + employees" business model,is bound to strengthen cooperative development.This article through the research and review of literatures at home and abroad,the definition of farmer cooperatives,personnel and other related concepts and related theories of cooperative talents cultivation is elaborated on the basis of using the method of questionnaire and interview,from the survey results,the number of personnel of bingtuanfarmer of cooperatives,the overall lack of reserves,the difficulty of introduction of talent,talent cultivation also in the initial stage,from the quality,general technical level is not high,a serious lack of personnel management,the demand for talent in the development stage of cooperatives is particularly urgent,restricted the development of modern agriculture.Through the analysis of the status quo,and the restricting factors of development of bingtuanfarmer Cooperative Talent Introduction exists,and according to the research sample descriptive statistical analysis on farmer cooperatives demand and found in the application of cooperative technical personnel and management personnel in the cooperatives in serious lack of demand for huge space,the urgent need to introduce.In farmer cooperatives,provide benefits related to the lack of policy advantage,welfare treatment is hard to competition and economically developed areas,the introduction of talent environment is not attractive,and talent introduction efforts,and the lack of policy support and guidance,so that farmers in agency that it is very difficult to retain and attract talent for this work.Finally,by referring to the domestic Cooperative Talent Cultivation of successful experience,combined with the actual situation of bingtuanfarmer cooperatives,and the comprehensive analysis from the government,universities and society,cooperative perspective,the introduction of agricultural cooperatives to determine the ideas of talents,put forward to further improve the personnel security system,cooperative development of talent introduction training mode,adjust the relevant measures of talent introduction as of bingtuanfarmer cooperative talents to create a social environment and policy environment is excellent,so as to promote the development of cooperatives.
