| As a carrier of service for small and medium-sized enterprises,the technology business incubator can help reduce the cost and risk of starting a business.In order to improve the survival rate of small and medium-sized microtechnology enterprises and gain greater market value.Although the practice of science and technology incubation in China has gone through 30 years,but in recent years,under the guidance of "mass entrepreneurship,innovation for all",With the rapid development of Internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies,incubators are thriving in China.China Telecom Jiangsu Company has carried out the latest strategic policy of the Group,researched and applied the incubation mode of science and technology enterprises,excavated and nurtured related small and medium-sized microtechnology enterprises,Forming business links or capital links with the Internet of things of China Telecom,big data,smart family,etc.The construction project of China Telecom Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base(Jiangsu Base)is a concrete embodiment of the landing of incubating mode.This paper uses the thought and tool of project management to study the construction project of entrepreneurial base.The main research methods are literature research and case study.Firstly,the related concepts of project management and incubator are expounded on the basis of literature research.Then combining the four project management elements to study the construction case of China Telecom Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base(Jiangsu Base),using many project management methods such as WBS work breakdown structure,Gantt chart,flow chart,human resource matrix,etc.Finally,the paper summarizes and analyzes the existing problems such as weak team building and low communication efficiency in the process of building a start-up base,and looks forward to how China Telecom can use its unique resources to promote the upgrading of incubator format. |
