In the context of the continuous slowdown in global economic growth,entrepreneurship and innovation have become a key way to stimulate the vitality of the whole society,solve employment,and promote economic growth.At present,the technology business incubator is an important hand to promote the improvement of the innovation and entrepreneurship system.Cultivating start-ups and entrepreneurs,promoting regional economic growth and industrial transformation and upgrading play an important role.At present,how to improve the development level of incubator to better play its role has aroused the attention of society,government and academia.Therefore,from an ecological point of view,this article analyzes the current status of the development of Jilin Province's technology business incubators and gives countermeasures,which are of reference significance for promoting the quality and efficiency of Jilin Province incubators.First,this article summarizes the definition of incubators at home and abroad to clarify the conceptual connotation of this article,review the literature on the development process of incubators in China,incubator classification,influencing factors of incubator development,and the contents of incubator evaluation research.Research related theories.Secondly,based on an ecological perspective,this paper builds an evaluation model,uses principal component analysis to horizontally compare the comprehensive development level of incubators in various regions of the country,and reflects the status of the development of incubators in Jilin Province in the country;The level of the niche in the system indicates the niche level of the incubator in Jilin Province and its competitiveness in the national entrepreneurial ecosystem;with the help of improved niche suitability and evolutionary momentum models to measure the suitability of the incubator to develop the external ecological environment and its future development momentum Level.From the three modules,it comprehensively portrays the development status of the incubator in Jilin Province and clearly identifies the development problems.Through empirical analysis,the research conclusions of this article are as follows:The development gap between provinces and cities of Jilin Province incubator is relatively large.It is manifested as an imbalance in the distribution and operation quality of regional incubators.In the future,regional exchanges and cooperation can be enhanced to promote the coordinated development of incubators.Most incubators in Jilin Province are in a low-generation development stage,and the externality of regional development is not significant,and their competitiveness is weak compared with other regional incubators.In the future,the following three aspects can be adopted: strengthening the incubator's talent management team;improving the incubator's investment and financing services;and guiding the construction and development of professional incubators to improve the service level of incubators in Jilin Province and increase the positive externality of the social and economic environment.The external ecological environment for the development of incubators in Jilin Province is poor,and there is insufficient motivation for future development.In the future,the government should guide and support the construction of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and optimize the external ecological environment for entrepreneurial activities;at the same time,it should also increase the publicity of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation activities to create a good atmosphere of double innovation.
