Following the reform and opening up,China's political and economic deepening and development,the improvement and development of China's market economy,the human resource management of modern enterprises in our country as a relatively new subject has been paid much attention by the enterprises,the mode,method and content of competition among enterprises have changed radically,especially the competition for talents is more intense,and the competition between enterprises and enterprises is from The traditional sense of competition is gradually changing towards competition in the field of talents.In the process of the transformation and development of traditional enterprises to modern enterprises,how to create a scientific talent echelon,activate the vitality of human resources and keep the enterprise's basic industry evergreen,this will fundamentally play the strategic effectiveness of human resource management,integrate the advantages of the internal and external resources of the enterprise,improve the modern human resource management system,and learn the concept,knowledge and classics of modern human resource management.We should learn advanced management methods and management modes to promote sound and rapid development and achieve the goal of enterprise development strategy.In this paper,the human resource management system of XJ company as a breakthrough point,mainly by the modern human resources management theory and strategic human resource management theory,to study the status of human resources management in the food industry in China.First,it uses the literature research method to sort out the research situation at home and abroad and related research theory,and puts forward the research questions.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and problems of human resource management and system in XJ company by combining qualitative and quantitative research methods,and points out the main problems of its existing problems,the system positioning and enterprise development strategy do not match and do not match.Thirdly,according to the problems existing in the human resource management system of XJ company,the path and plan of the human resource management system of XJ company are designed,and the human resource planning system,recruitment system,performance appraisal system,learning and training system of XJ company are improved.Finally,the XJ company is put forward from the aspects of system level,organization level and support level.Human resources management system optimization plan implementation safeguard measures.This paper makes a systematic study on the human resource management system of XJ company in the food industry of our country.It has a very important practical value for improving and optimizing the human resource status and management level of the company,and has certain reference significance for the human resources management of the food industry in China.
