Research On The Development Of China's Old-age Industrial Fund

With the increase of population aging in China,the form of old-age care is becoming increasingly tense.China's fiscal expenditure alone is not enough to pay a large number of pension costs,how to solve the large elderly population,has been plagued us.The birth of the endowment industry fund,just solved the problem,the state has also introduced some policies,such as " on accelerating the development of the endowment industry a number of opinions"," on financial support to accelerate the development of the endowment service industry guidance" and other support,to help the stable development of the endowment industry fund.This paper will study the concept of industrial fund,the development of China's industrial fund to analyze the development prospects of pension industry fund,combined with the current situation of China's pension industry,comparative analysis of the government-based pension industry fund and corporate pension industry fund to promote the role of the pension industry,in view of the problems existing in the current pension industry,designed in line with the current form of China's pension industry fund products.Through consulting the literature,sorting out the existing problems of some pension industry funds,in policy,supervision,risk control,operation,talent,legal aspects are relatively lack.Through the comparative study of some countries with good old-age conditions,such as Japan,the United States and France,it is concluded that China's old-age industrial fund should establish a complete system,establish relevant laws to support and supervise,and optimize and innovate the projects of old-age industrial fund.The development prospect of endowment industry fund is huge,which is a feasible route to solve the current problems in our country.through literature review and empirical analysis,this paper sums up the problems of endowment industry fund in our country,and then makes further improvement and development.Change the traditional form of pension,activate social forces,make a contribution to the cause of pension in China.
