Brazil in 2016 ranked ninth world economies' total GDP,in the third world developing countries,second only to China and India,has been recognized as one of the most potential for development in developing countries,GDP ranks first in South America.Because of its vast land area,abundant natural resources,huge demographic dividend and complete industrial foundation,it has become a high place for all countries and industries to seize.China and Brazil are both brics countries,and China has been Brazil's largest trading partner for eight consecutive years since 2010.So,the state grid,the bank of China,huawei,sinopec,sany,chery,company B,such as industrial and commercial bank of China's enterprises have come to Brazil,want to develop a new international market.However,there are large difference between Brazil and China,the investment environment and its complex,billed as the world's most complicated tax system,the most stringent state control,the highest trade barriers,the most stringent labor protection laws,these reasons led to Chinese companies in Brazil road full of thorns,and the nuggets what is more,some companies because do not know,Brazil is on the verge of bankruptcy after entering the Brazilian market.B company is a diversified global industrial group,specializing in air conditioning,intelligent equipment,household appliances and other products.Since 2005,the company has led the world in home air conditioning production and sales for 12 consecutive years.As early as 1998,it set up a factory in Brazil and became one of the first companies to explore the Brazilian market.Based on the Brazilian market B company internal and external environment as a breakthrough point,take the literature research method and data analysis method,combined with the operation of macro and micro environmental challenges and problems,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of B company internal environment,study environment is bad,the Brazilian market in the face of the global economic crisis remaining that double crisis and the economic and political environment,how to adjust competition strategy,and obtains the growth and development,to gain more interests.Through internal and external environment analysis and SWOT matrix analysis,the author thinks that B company should implement differentiation competitive strategy in Brazil market,and through the implementation of differentiation competitive strategy and guarantee to ensure that the differentiation is more safe and effective.Combined with the advantage of company B,divides into the differentiation specific product quality differentiation,differentiation of marketing management and the enterprise image differentiation,and combined with the disadvantage of B company,pay attention to local management is established,expand financing channels,marketing ability,talent system security protection measures,such as play a role of the advantages and strive to allow differentiation strategy.
