With the continuous development of market economy and the increasing competition among enterprises,enterprises need to expand new markets and improve products and services to win the competition.Therefore,the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance has become the mainstream of the current research on entrepreneurship management.At the same time,corporate culture as the soft power of enterprises plays a crucial role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,establishing what kind of corporate culture,how to use entrepreneurial orientation to improve firm performance,and helping enterprises to gain advantages in competition has become an urgent research topic.In this paper,various industries in north China and east China as samples,detailed and in-depth review of existing literature was made.The full text is around the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on corporate performance and whether corporate culture plays a regulatory role between the two.Carrying out the following works:Firstly,the literature is collated and summarized.Define the concepts and dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation and corporate culture used in this article.Summarize the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance,study and analyze whether the relationship between them will be regulated by the enterprise culture,and put forward the research hypothesis according to relevant theories.Secondly,the scale is designed.Combining with previous literature,the scale was preliminarily sorted.Through interviews and prediction tests of some sample enterprises,according to the respondents' feedback on the scale and data preprocessing results,the items of the scale were improved.At the same time,the research involves the core concept of enterprise culture,choose the Denison for classification of enterprise culture,and on the basis of the OCQ enterprise culture scale,the objective of the study and the feedback from the respondents are taken into consideration,and the items of the scale are improved.Third,the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance is empirically analyzed and the regulating function of corporate culture is verified.The data were obtained by questionnaire survey,and the research hypothesis was verified by reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results show that: first,entrepreneurial orientation indeed plays an important role in enterprise performance improvement.And the effect of the five dimensions on the improvement of enterprise performance is different,influence degree from big to small,respectively: innovative,proactive,competition motivation,risk-taking and autonomy.Second,corporate culture has a significant regulating effect on the relationship betweenentrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance.However,the four dimensions of enterprise culture have different regulating effects on the two,among which the adaptive dimension has no regulating effect.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,the paper puts forward operational suggestions for enterprises.
