Research On The Urban Development Based On 'internet+' Economy

‘Internet plus' has become the strongest driving force in China's economy,and its impact has spread across all fields,not only promoting innovation and entrepreneurship,but also driving vigorous new consumption.Facing the many opportunities and challenges brought by the new economy,Chinese cities are rapidly transforming and causing drastic changes in the pattern of urban development.This study focus on the urban system,a typical ‘Internet plus' city and three different research scales within the city as the point cut for the empirical analysis.Firstly,based on the theory of evolutionary economic geography,we judge how the‘Internet plus' economy affects the characteristics of China's urban system,and try to explain the changing process and trend of urban system in the Internet era.Secondly,based on the entrepreneurial spirit perspective,this paper does the qualitative analysis of interview information of typical entrepreneurs and studies the formation reasons of typical ‘Internet plus' cities in China.Finally,based on the perspective of enterprise location selection,using quantitative spatial analysis method,the paper discusses the spatial distribution characteristics and main influencing factors of ‘Internet plus' city interior,and tries to provide policy inspiration and experience for the development of Internet economy in other cities.Based on the above research objectives,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: The process of ‘Internet plus' in cities has intensified the spatial agglomeration of the new economy elements,which leads to the industrial transformation and upgrading in a few big cities,resulting in the trend of spatial polarization in the urban system.At the same time,the application of Internet technology also provides a window of opportunity for urban development.Some cities are rising rapidly with the help of the Internet,such as Hangzhou.However,the local industrial foundation and related specialization played an important role in the city.In addition,entrepreneurial spirit is an important factor in promoting theeconomic development of cities and regions,it plays an important role in the formation and development of “Internet” economy in Hangzhou,and the most striking feature of entrepreneurial spirit is innovation and entrepreneurship.
