Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Precise Poverty Alleviation In Wangdu County

Poverty is a worldwide problem that afflicts all mankind.Since the reform and opening up,after decades of efforts,our country has made great achievements in the cause of poverty alleviation,and hundreds of millions of people have been lifted out of poverty.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has proposed to achieve an overall comfortable life and eliminate absolute poverty by 2020.In the face of the arduous task of poverty alleviation,we put forward the theory of precision poverty alleviation,created a set of precise identification,precision help,precision exit from the theory of poverty alleviation,and carried out a war of precision poverty alleviation with mobilization and full participation,and achieved remarkable achievements.However,in the process of precise poverty alleviation,some problems have also arisen due to the lack of successful experience,insufficient awareness among cadres and the masses,uneven economic development and wide disparities in poverty situations.The emergence of these problems has caused the waste of human and material resources in the precise poverty alleviation work,and delayed the precise poverty alleviation.This paper analyzes the precision poverty alleviation work in Wangdu County of Hebei Province as an entry point to analyze its precision poverty alleviation work measures and effectiveness.After two rounds of accurate identification work,Wangdu County has accurately mastered the situation of poor households in the county.At the same time,it has adopted a number of precision poverty alleviation measures such as industrial poverty alleviation and policies to promote poverty alleviation among poor households.Finally,it successfully passed the National poverty alleviation inspection in October 2017.At the same time,it is found that there are still some problems in the current precision poverty alleviation work.Based on the experience gained in the work of precision poverty alleviation in other regions,we put forward targeted measures for the work of precision poverty alleviation in the next step,explore the establishment of a comprehensive set of long-term work mechanisms for precision poverty alleviation,and improve the precision identification,precision support and precise exit work in all aspects.We will consolidate the results of poverty eradication and achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.
