With the development of marketing economy and the drastic horizontal competition,Cofco Coca-Cola has been meeting the increasing challenge as well as opportunity.Since its establishment in 2010,Cofco Coca-Cola has been facing the growing demand of customers,progressively complicated market change and etc.,which urges the company,with all its effort,to improve the product quality and meet customers'needs with advanced technology.For an enterprise that develops in high speed,human resource training is believed to be its very core for boosting throughput and productivity level.It becomes a critical research subject,based on the Cofco Coca-Cola's status quo of management and training characteristics,how to establish efficient employee management system for the purpose of improving enterprise performance,enhancing intelligence competitiveness,and developing corporate culture&value.This Paper,adopts several method to analyze the existing problems in staff training system,through the analysis&study of staff training management theory and based on the Cofco Coca-Cola's status quo of training system and current management system.Firstly,starting from the existing problems in staff training system,make deep analysis on the cause of such problems and present the thought of optimizing staff training system.Secondly,propose the improvement plan design for Cofco Coca-Cola's staff training system according to the deficiency,and present the detailed practical scheme according to the staff training demand analysis,training plan actualization,training system execution evaluation.Finally,present the supporting measure and desired effect.The purpose is to make analysis and study on existing staff training system,optimize the existing system,present solution in order to adapt to the enterprise development under new background and trend,and obtain the new thought and method for the staff training system.In conclusion,staff training is the essential to human resource management.With proper use of this powerful management tool,staff's initiative and creativity can be mobilized at the most,and enterprise's strategic goal can be actualized efficiently.It should be the responsibility for managers to use staff training system to serve sustained development of enterprise.
