Tourism Poverty Alleviation In Xupu County Of Huaihua City From The Perspective Of Corporate Responsibility Effect Study

With the rapid development and progress of the society,the tourism industry has also achieved corresponding effective and substantial development in recent years,and has played an important role in the process of poverty alleviation,which directly drives and indirectly affects the economic and social development of the poor areas.Therefore,one of the most efficient and innovative ways of poverty alleviation is tourism poverty alleviation.The poverty alleviation model is too simple and rigid,the purpose of enterprises participating in poverty alleviation is vague,and they lack of social responsibility.To carry out tourism poverty alleviation work under the new situation needs new methods and ideas,and one of the new ideas is to explore the role of enterprises in tourism poverty alleviation work in poor areas from the perspective of corporate responsibility.Many scholars have achieved research results in the related research on poverty alleviation through tourism,but there are relatively few scientific evaluation studies on the effect of poverty alleviation through tourism,especially from the perspective of enterprises.It is the focus of current research to effectively provide relevant departments with scientific evaluation methods and measurement model tools related to tourism poverty alleviation,and the effect of tourism poverty alleviation model under the perspective of scientific measurement of corporate responsibility is particularly important.Xuefeng mountain ecological culture tourism co.,LTD which isxupu combined with local companies committed to the tourism poverty alleviation and development work.Therefore,in this paper,which is xupu county as a case to delve into objects.Through content analysis,this paper attempts to construct a scientific evaluation system of poverty alleviation effect of tourism from the perspective of corporate responsibility from two levels and three steps.Firstly,at the first level,a preliminary framework of tourism poverty alleviation effect system from the perspective of corporate responsibility is formed through relevant theories.Second,the second level use content analysis to gradually improve the system framework: through the ROST software from macroscopic dimension was used to extract the research content of high frequency vocabulary,so as to form the perspective of corporate responsibility system of tourism poverty alleviation effect under category list,then the analysis can take this step for the system category table as root behind a priori categories in the process of coding analysis;Then,the text is analyzed word by word and sentence by sentence,and the reference point,node and tree node are realized with the help of NVivo software,so as to construct the evaluation index system of poverty alleviation effect of tourism from the perspective of corporate responsibility,covering five dimensions of economy,society,ecology,culture and charity,including 30 index dimensions.Questionnaires were prepared according to the constructed index system,and the questionnaire data were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Which xupucounty comprehensive tourism poverty alleviation effect value of 3.7847,including the effect of ecological level the highest value,effect value of4.0269,economic times,the effect value of 4.0211,and the effect of social level,level and cultural level of charity value was 3.8609,3.3572 and 3.0172,respectively,according to the evaluation level,effects of ecological and economic values can distinguish as "strong",the effect of three levels: society,charity and culture values can be discriminant for the "strong",This shows that the local tourism enterprises in the tourism poverty alleviation work can play a certain role in improving the local development of these five aspects.Finally,based on the results,this paper studies effect of poverty alleviation to optimize and improve the coordination degree of six aspects put forward the following countermeasures: strengthen village enterprises benefit coupling mechanism,perfect the local social management,strengthening the concept of sustainable development strategy of enterprises,improve the local tourism and cultural industry alignment,encourage rural-urban flow stimulate endogenous development power and the establishment of tourism poverty alleviation long-acting mechanism.The results of the study to further explore the corporate responsibility perspective tourism poverty alleviation work has important significance,at the same time,to a certain extent,can give enterprise as the leading factor of poor areas tourism poverty alleviation of poverty alleviation effect is provided as a scientific evaluation model tools and evaluation methods of reference,dominated by enterprises in thepromotion of tourism poverty alleviation work in poverty has an important significance.
