| Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. The key to promote agricultural development and improve agricultural produv ctivity is to achieve scientific and technological progress, and change the mode of agricultural development. The willing to develop agriculture of Hunan province need to transform of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, to achieve this goal rely on scientific and technological progress, improving labor productivity, the most fundamental one is improving the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology progress. Hunan agricultural scientific and technological progress contribution rate has the room for improvement. Therefore, this paper selected agricultural technology progress contribution rate of Hunan province as topics, it has theoretical and practical significance. This thesis used Solow model and econometric knowledge, based on data of Hunan Province, measured the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress in Hunan Province, analyzed the influencing factors and proposed to promote the Hunan Agricultural Science and Technology progress countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly, analyzed the development of agricultural science and technology and Present Situation of Agriculture in Hunan Province, Utilized in Hunan Statistical Yearbook data, using descriptive analysis method to analyze the achievements and existing problems of agricultural science and technology in Hunan province. Thesis focuses on measure the agricultural technology progress contribution rate of Hunan province. According to the theory of total factor productivity, the use of C-D function to output growth targets, indicators of capital investment, labor input indicators, and land investment as an indicator measurement index agricultural technology progress contribution rate. This paper by Eviews software model OSL estimate, estimates agricultural technology progress contribution rate of Hunan province. The study found:In recent years, Hunan province made great progress in agricultural technology development and agricultural science and technology contribution rate has increased, the overall level of agricultural science and technology has increased, in which the contribution of agricultural science and technology contribution rate of the period of "10th Five-year plan"was 47%, the period of "11th Five-year plan"the contribution of agriculture science and technology contribution rate of was 52%,2011-2013 agricultural science and technology contribution rate respectively of 54%,55%,56%. At the same time using the grey dynamic model of Hunan province in the long-term forecast, agricultural science and technology progress contribution rate of Hunan Province will reach 61% in 2020. Applying of multivariate regression analysis that the main factors of agricultural science and technology progress contribution rate of Hunan province are analyzed. As can be seen from the results, level of agricultural mechanization, the amount of investment in research, researchers inputs, national economic policies, agriculture FDI and agricultural technology progress contribution rate positive correlation. The from the strengthening of technical guide direction, improve the level of agricultural mechanization, increased subsidies for agricultural science and technology, increase investment of rural human capital, attracting foreign direct investment, cultivation of agricultural science and technology enterprises put forward the policy suggestion to promote the development and progress of agricultural science in Hunan province. Achieve sustainable agricultural growth, and constantly improve the level of agricultural science and technology, accelerate the development of agricultural technology research and application of appropriate Hunan Province. |
