Efficiency Evaluation And Spatio-temporal Difference Study Of Agricultural Production Data Use In Hebei Province

Agriculture is the lifeblood of the national economy,is the material basis for human survival.Means of agricultural production as the most important material input and central link in agricultural production process,is not only the basis for the production and expansion of reproduction,but also can directly affect the scale of agricultural production and speed.At the same time,means of agricultural production as a "double-edged sword",in the use of the process to provide increased production services,but also brought a series of ecological pollution problems,resulting in a series of agricultural product quality and safety problems.Therefore,how to proper use of means of agricultural production,improve the economic efficiency of agricultural production materials used at the same time pay attention to protect the ecological environment and the social efficiency,so as to ensure the safety of agricultural products,has become the focus of the whole society.Hebei province,as one of the major agricultural production provinces in China,agricultural development state will directly affect the development of the whole country economy and society,and improve the use efficiency of the means of agricultural production is the key to improve agricultural productivity.with the different of time and natural conditions,the use efficiency of agricultural production data is different.therefore,this paper analyzes the economic,ecological and comprehensive efficiency of the use of the means of agricultural production in Hebei province from time and space.First of all,through the research and collation of the current situation of agricultural development and related literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the background,purpose and significance of the research,and explores the model and method of evaluating the use efficiency of the means of agricultural production;Through the in-depth understanding of the concept of the means of agricultural production and efficiency,this study provides the concept and theoretical support.Secondly,the paper uses the Data Envelopment Analysis to evaluate the economic,ecological and comprehensive efficiency of the means of agricultural production in 11 cities of Hebei province from 2006 to 2015,respectively,and evaluates the economic efficiency and input-output redundancy of the means of agricultural production in 170 counties of Hebei province in 2015.The main conclusions are as follows: from the economic efficiency,(1)the use of the means of agricultural production in Hebei province in 2006-2015 overall showed an upward trend,of which the lowest economic efficiency in 2007 was0.649,and the highest economic efficiency in 2015 was 0.756;(2)the highest economic efficiency of the means of agricultural production in 11 cities of Hebei province is Qinhuangdao,Chengde,Handan,the efficiency level is 1,the lowest is Baoding,the economic efficiency is only 0.34,there are significant differences between regions;(3)the average economic efficiency of the means of agricultural production in 170 counties of Hebei province in 2015 is 0.75,which is in a good level.the average economic efficiency level of Shijiazhuang is the highest,and the average economic efficiency level of Chengde is the lowest,which is 0.58.At the same time,the input and output of the means of agricultural production have different degrees of redundancy,from input,the total redundant agricultural machinery has the largest redundancy,the potential for improvement is 95938.46,the use of pesticides has the minimum redundancy,the potential for improvement is 166.71 tons.In terms of output,the output value of grain per hectare can be increased by 2.48 yuan per hectare.From the ecological efficiency,the ecological efficiency of the means of agricultural production in Hebei province in 2006-2015 is relatively high,but the overall decline trend,the average ecological efficiency of 10 years is0.799;In the ecological efficiency of the means of agricultural production used in 11 cities of Hebei province,the ecological efficiency values of Chengde is the highest,all reached 1level,the lowest ecological efficiency level in Hengshui city is only 0.502,there is a big difference between the regions.From the comprehensive efficiency,the comprehensive efficiency of the means of agricultural production in Hebei province in 2006-2015 is relatively high,but the overall trend of decline is 5.17 %;In the comprehensive efficiency of the means of agricultural production used in 11 cities of Hebei province,the comprehensive efficiency of Tangshan,Qinhuangdao,Zhangjiakou and Langfang is the highest,and the comprehensive efficiency of Xingtai city is States.Influenced by the use time,collocation,usage and topography of agricultural production data,the comprehensive efficiency of the means of agricultural production in different regions is different.Finally,according to the efficiency evaluation results of the means of agricultural production data in Hebei Province,combined with the current situation of the means of agricultural means of production,and based on the theory of sustainable development,to provide suggestions for improving the efficiency of agricultural production data in Hebei province.
