Research On The Problems Of Accurate Financial Poverty Alleviation In Inner Mongolia

Our country has always attached great importance to the work of helping the poor,and guided by Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we implemented the strategy of precise poverty alleviation.The nineteen major report pointed out that China will win the battle to build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020,with special emphasis on tackling three major tough battles such as eliminating poverty accurately.In 2018,the government work report put forward the overall requirements for the economic and social development of the year,and clearly pointed out that "in particular,we have made solid progress in the fight against major risks,accurate poverty alleviation,and pollution prevention and control." Accurate poverty alleviation is related to building a well-off society in an all-round way,which concerns people's well-being and consolidates the ruling foundation of the party.Finance is the core of modern economy.The development foundation of the poverty-stricken area is weak and the capital is scarce.With its unique function,finance has a very important role and position in the poverty alleviation and hard work.Financial poverty alleviation is an important measure and important support to win the fight against poverty.Based on a systematic review of relevant research at home and abroad,the thesis defines the precise poverty alleviation of finance and believes that financial precision poverty alleviation refers to the government as the leading institution of the policy,financial institutions as the main body of implementation,poverty-stricken areas,poverty alleviation enterprises and poor households as poverty alleviation.The target is financial services and financial services as the main means,monetary and fiscal taxation policies as policy guarantees,and poverty alleviation as a goal of targeted poverty alleviation.Based on this definition,through policies,data mining,and classic case studies,the practice,effectiveness,and models of precision poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia have been analyzed.From the four perspectives of the government,financial institutions,poverty alleviation enterprises,and poor households,it has revealed that Inner Mongolia's financial precision poverty alleviation exists.The problems were studied from six aspects:natural conditions,top-level design,guarantee mechanisms,human resources,sexual use systems,and informatization.Then the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the poverty alleviation effect in Inner Mongolia were put forward,and the government should raise its awareness.In order to strengthen the top-level design,improve the integrity system,and strengthen the level of information construction,financial institutions should raise awareness of responsibility,strengthen institutional business leadership,innovate financial products and services,and strengthen coordination among various departments.In order to continuously improve financial precision poverty alleviation efforts and effectiveness,to contribute to the fight against poverty.
