In recent years,with the deepening of the "the Belt and Road" and the cooperation and communication between China and the ASEAN regarding the tourism industry,the Guangxi area from city to city attaches great importance to the development of tourism,and tourism economy has achieved great development.But due to the complex terrain,the uneven distribution of tourism resources,and the differences of traffic locations,the difference of tourism economy among different regions grows.The uneven of regional tourism economy in Guangxi,will no doubt affect the construction of tourism demonstration area in the whole domain of Guangxi.Different regions shouldn't work separately if we plan to construct the whole domain tourism.To have a detailed study on the regional differences of tourism economy of Guangxi is necessary to gain knowledge of the current situation,the process of variation and the future trend of it,and valuable to make effective regulatory system for it.It is also theoretically and practically important to achieve the sustainable development of the tourism of Guangxi.This article selects cross-sectional data of tourism economy situations of 14 cities in Guangxi as raw data,dating from "twelfth five-year" period to early "thirteenth five-year",which namely from 2010 to 2016,and takes the angles of time and space to analyze the connections and differences of regional tourism industry development in Guangxi.From the angle of time,this article uses traditional analytic methods such as poor development difference index,standard deviation and coefficient of variation to compare and analyze the tourism income of Guangxi,mainly focuses on the differences of tourism income of every region.This analysis reveals that the cities which earn the most tourism income in Guangxi is Nanning,Liuzhou and Guilin,and the difference of regional income among different cities has grown over time.From the angle of space,this article uses the spatial econometric analysis method.Firstly,it analyzes the spatial distribution features and variation of tourism income of Guangxi.Secondly,it analyzes and inspects the global spatial autocorrelation and Moran scatter,then reveals that there is negative correlation space to the Guangxi regional tourism income,and most of the regions in Guangxi belongs to low high concentration or high low concentration type.Tourism income differentiation is very obvious.The tourism income of the north and the south regions are higher,while income of the east and the west regions are lower.The development levels of different cities are uneven,and tourism income differences among nearby cities are significant.There is adjacency entangled phenomenon.Then,based on the test result of the spatial autocorrelation,this article establishes spatial econometric model using cross-section data and panel data respectively.Among them,the spatial lag model is better than OLS model and spatial error model,all of these models were established using cross-section data.There is significant positive influence on tourism income by the city road length and tourism administrative department.When using the panel data,the fixed effects model fitting effect is better than the random effects model.At the same time,there is significant positive influence on tourism income by the per capita GDP,the city road length and the tourism administrative department.The three variables represent the economic development level,openness,and tourism management respectively.However,there is not significant influence on tourism income by the number of sites of 2A and above,the number of hotel and the number of travel agencies.In the end,based on the empirical analysis of regional tourism economy in Guangxi and its influence factors,this paper comes up with conclusions which provide four aspects of suggestions to achieve coordinated and rapid development of regional tourism in Guangxi,which are the spatial development pattern of tourism in Guangxi,the investment promotion and capital introduction of tourism,the tourist transportation and the tourism management.These suggestions may help realize the coordinated development of regional tourism in Guangxi,and promote district tourism to transfer from "scenic tourism mode" to "global travel mode".
