Since 2012,influenced by the slowdown of economic growth and the rapid development of the Internet economy,the sales performance and operating profit of the traditional retail entities have declined obviously,and the downward trend of the large supermarkets and department stores is particularly obvious.On the one hand,the excessive competition caused by the blind expansion of the traditional large and medium-sized retailers,on the other hand,is the subversive impact of the rise of Internet retail.At this time,the development of retail industry can be described as internal and external suffering.The success of the enterprise competition comes from the overall operation performance of the enterprise and the realization of the strategic planning goal of the enterprise,that is,the most effective enterprises can survive and develop in the competition.How to improve the efficiency of enterprises and how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises are inseparable from scientific and effective performance evaluation.As the most basic management and management organization of the retail chain,the store takes on the dual mission of the enterprise management benefit input and the customer service value output.It can be said that the business level of the store directly determines the business benefit of the enterprise.Retail store management does not seem to be very difficult,but in fact it involves a lot of content.It requires high professional knowledge and comprehensive management capabilities.How to evaluate the performance of the store manager scientifically,objectively and impartially is the key and difficult part of the human resource management in the retail chain.In view of the contents of the research,this paper analyzes and discusses the following aspects.First of all,the purpose of this paper is to study and solve the optimization of the performance appraisal system of the store manager of the BFB warehouse supermarket chain Co.,Ltd.,with the literature research to theoretical research as the thinking path,the research results of the performance appraisal system at home and abroad,the research results of the performance appraisal system at home and abroad and the performance of the chain retail enterprise.On the basis of the research results of the evaluation system,we further study and study the related theories of the performance appraisal system and the retail related theories supporting the research.The above analysis and research work laid a solid foundation for the formation of the framework system,the realization of the research path and the conclusion of the final research results.Secondly,the main part of this paper is based on the status of the performance assessmentof BFB warehouse chain store manager.Through the comprehensive application of interview,questionnaire,observation,and work log,we can conclude that there are four outstanding problems in the performance appraisal of BFB warehouse manager.First,the content of performance evaluation is not detailed,and the assessment weight is not enough.The distribution is not reasonable,the examination main body is relatively single;two,the evaluation index is not perfect,the assessment standard is not clear;three,the application of assessment results is not ideal,the incentive effect to the store manager is not obvious;four,assessment process and assessment management procedures are not clear enough.Finally,using the performance management methods such as KPI,BSC,MBO and PIV(360degrees),and combining the assessment techniques such as relative evaluation,behavior oriented assessment and result oriented assessment,a set of "one set of systems,two sets of scales,two processes and three sets of performance evaluation index libraries" were designed to make the assessment indicators and standards consistent with "specific,measurable,and measurable." The SMART principle that can achieve,relevant and sometimes limited is reasonable.The analysis of this paper provides a certain way of thinking and direction for the BFB warehouse chain Limited company to optimize the performance appraisal system of the store head,and also provides some reference for similar enterprises in the market to solve similar problems.
