| Efficiency evaluation is widely used in measuring production capacity of enterprises and operation state of the national economy,which is an important prerequisite for the formulation of strategic policy and policy planning.Efficiency evaluation problems are extensively existed in the fields of production and daily life.The relevant theories and methods are often used to observe the performance and future development potential of the evaluation object.Efficiency evaluation and influencing factor analysis are two important contents in the related fields of efficiency research.Domestic and foreign scholars have made continuous research and innovation on efficiency evaluation theory,models and objects by using a variety of reliable and advanced methods,in the last few decades.On the basis of summarizing the previous research,by taking the differences of various types of input and output with their influences on evaluation objects into account,this paper builds the weight optimized RAM-DEA model,the weights of the efficiency evaluation model are optimized so that the measured efficiency values are more universal,and the weight values can reflect how the objects use resources.In the empirical study based on weight optimized RAM-DEA model,the efficiency of 39 industrial industries in China is measured and the meaning of weight is analyzed.The effectiveness of the input parameters is obtained from dual model.The truncated regression analysis is used to explore the influence of various factors on the efficiency.First,in reviewing domestic and foreign researches,this paper summarizes theories,models and prospect trends of efficiency evaluation,then compares the efficiency analysis methods of efficiency impact factor.The efficiency evaluation model extends and develops the range of efficiency evaluation from the aspects of the traditional efficiency,such as energy efficiency and environmental efficiency to innovation efficiency by introducing technical factors.The efficiency evaluation model has different emphasis and performance compared with the efficiency decomposition and composite index evaluation,relative efficiency evaluation method is more widely used.For the influencing factor analysis model,theoretical analysis and regression model are commonly used by domestic and foreign scholars.Then,based on the RAM-DEA model of energy efficiency and environmental efficiency,considering the influence of multiple input and output indicators on the decision-making unit,the weight optimized RAM-DEA model is proposed by weight optimization method.The economic significance of its dual model is explained.It is found that the class-oriented RAM-DEA model has the characteristics of objectivity,reliability and interpretability of the original model,and can reflect the industry differences to a certain extent,which makes the efficiency value more accurate.Furthermore,in the empirical analysis,the class-oriented RAM-DEA model was applied to measure the efficiency of 39 industrial industries in China,and the effect of influencing factors on the efficiency of the industry was analyzed by Truncated regression model.In the index construction,the internet propulsion indicator was added as a technical input,and carbon dioxide emissions were selected and total suspended particulates were added as undesired indicators.The empirical analysis calculates industry efficiency by calculating industry efficiency,assess the industry performance of natural and technical resource by calculating the weights in the model,and measuring the effectiveness of Internet promotion based on the dual model.Finally,the impact of various factors in the industry on the efficiency is examined by the Truncated regression.Based on the research conclusions,relevant policies and recommendations are proposed. |
